Having recently purchased a 2022 Tag Senna watch from these guys, I could not have been more delighted with the care and assistance I received. It was all done by phone and the order was placed online. Dominic was amazing and bent over backwards to help. I spoke to two other members of staff, who were just as accommodating. I certainly know where I will be going for my next purchase. I cannot stress enough how good the whole purchase experience was. This review is well overdue. While considering my next purchase and visiting the website, I realised that I hadn’t left one from my last purchase. It may appear as a backhanded compliment, but these things are also important to know. I bought a watch that was faulty. Luckily it didn’t fill up with water, but it would’ve if used as intended - the seals were faulty. Anyway, moral of story is Terence Lett, Dominic in particular, sorted the issue out in record time where I was offered a brand new watch or a refund. I took the former offer and have been happy ever since. So rest assured that if you are one of the unfortunate ones, you’ll still be in safe and honest hands. Well done 👏

Les was so kind and understanding when I wanted my 3 rings sized up after they were not done correctly at another jewellery shop in Witney (I was charged for 3 rings when they only sized one of them.. The ring needed resizing over the busy Christmas period, and from the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles, enhancing the experience. The team who helped me were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, explaining the resizing process and answering my questions. What stood out to me was the attention to detail and care that went into the service. The staff are really helpful and friendly. I needed replacement batteries for two quality watches and the work was carried out to a really high standard at a very competitive price.

Highly recommended! To say I became a little overwhelmed when collecting my repaired opal ring was an understatement. It has been carefully polished, reset and restored to what I can imagine was its former glory. It is so beautiful and can now be proudly passed on to my daughter when the time comes. I recently had two items of jewellery repaired at Terence Lett Jewellers. Sophie and the team were extremely knowledgeable with their advice and the estimate for the repair was spot on. Very friendly and professional service and nothing was too much trouble. My items came back to me sparkling like new! I highly recommend.

Excellent service at Terence Lett! They fixed my bracelet catch for free, suggested a replacement catch and advised an approximate cost but there was no hard sell! It’s sensible advice to protect my 19 year old bracelet and the catch, which had obviously thinned over the years, many thanks Terence Lett, I’ll be back!
