We met Tom at a wedding fair, and was very impressed with the range of rings and and the quality of them ,he explained he could make them bespoke to our requirements, so we talked to him about our ideas , and now we have the rings that we dreamed of . The whole process was relaxed , and non pressured ,and was so straight forward that it took all of the stress out of it , after all there is enough when you are arranging your big day , and we would 100%recommend Lover's Rock to anyone .

Based on a design idea I provided on our first meeting, Tom was clear on the pricing, and always happily provided updates on the CAD design and progress of production of the ring. We had an amazing experience purchasing our wedding bands from Lover's Rock. We came to Tom with a very short time frame for turn around and no clue what we wanted (the worst possible combination I'm sure). Tom got us in for an appointment right away and talked us through our options, offering invaluable advice and guidance. He then worked at the speed of light to get CAD designs to us, and somehow managed to get our bespoke rings made for us with time to spare. I went to Lovers Rock to find my Wedding Ring, I previously had tried the busy high street stores but nothing compared to Lovers Rock. There was so much choice, the first ring I tried was the one and its perfect! Tom was amazing and put me on ease straight away. Tom was a true gentleman. He made my partner and I feel really comfortable and there was no pressure. He came to our house and brought lots of designs and sizes to try. He shared his expertise honestly and didn't rush us at all. He was very thorough and he clearly knew what he was talking about. We wanted engravings and he gave us extra time to fully decide what we wanted. He offered us several font options and showed us how our choice of engravings would look in the different fonts. Being an absolute novice when it comes to diamonds/engagement rings, I was a little apprehensive about making sure I got a great engagement ring that was good value for money. Tom was introduced to me by a friend and I can honestly say that the experience from start to finish has been fantastic. His service is exceptional - very personal and efficient. After looking on the high street for wedding rings we quickly decided we didn’t want to go down that route especially with the shape of my engagement ring and the ridiculous prices. Lover's Rock Diamonds were fantastic in helping me design a beautiful engagement ring for my partner that was right for us. This is something I had no experience of at all but Tom was so helpful with lots of examples to base the design on, and when I suggested some tweaks that was no problem. The process was really straightforward and Tom kept me informed throughout with designs and pictures/videos as the stones came in. I didn't feel any pressure to spend more money than I wanted to, he worked entirely to my budget.
