Close to everything and only a couple blocks off Palm Canyon but super quiet. Offers late check in if needed. Judy was helpful and very friendly. Bananas in the office for a snack, also extra k-cups and half & half. Kitchen has the basic necessities. Loved the relaxing pool area! Lots of floats, comfy lounge chairs and misters to keep you cool. Spacious room with comfy beds (and lots of pillows) and multi-head shower which was lovely! Private sitting areas in front of each room too. Will defintely be back to this adorable little boutique oasis!

SERVICE Uncovered self-parking available onsite. A lengthy (early) checkin w/a lot of rules to cover but the host is very personable, hands-on, and easily reachable (by SMS/in-person). ROOM(studio) A spacious modern design & very well-maintained. Lots of nice fixtures & homey stock; it feels like a vacation from the comfort of your home: Suede chairs, glass tabletops, corner fireplace, & lots of overhead lights. The windows are functional & provide lots of natural light. The combination of shades and curtains also does a great job of completely blocking out light if desired. AC is quiet & performant, but cannot go below 72 w/o risk of freezing. The outdoor seating areas are comfortable with ample chairs & couches on the patio + a hammock in the back. A bit dusty in some areas but the level of cleanliness was overall good. BED The mattress & bedding were clean but the firmness level (too soft) & box-spring base did not yield a great night's sleep for us. The setup also creeks and moves a lot. BATH Very large & impressive bathroom w/dimmable lights, HUGE vanity, eco-friendly toilet, polished tile, strong ventilation, & plenty of toiletries. The best shower you could hope for on vacation -- Vigo Brielle shower massage panel -- 6 massage jets, a round rain shower-head, hand-shower w/64" hose, & invigorating water-pressure. The towels are large, soft and absorbent + 2 bathrobes are provided. Cleaning around the windows could be improved because there's a lot of dust in the corners. The top of the shower-head also needs more tightening to prevent water from spraying out the top when all features are fully turned on. TV Great entertainment options: A gigantic curved Samsung TV mounted in the main area with Satellite programming + A Roku (provided by the host). A second, smaller, TV is mounted in the kitchen. Wi-Fi A notch above average & sufficient for work -- AND ITS ENCRYPTED! Nerd stats: 46-62 Mbps Down 26-35 Mbps Up 0% Packet loss Performance: Video streaming - Good Online Gaming - Average Video Chatting - Good FOOD Whether you like to cook or order-in, you're set. Very DoorDash/UberEats friendly! A Kitchenette equipped with a double-burner stovetop, full-size microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee bar, and multiple sets of dinnerware. NOISE Very quiet and peaceful with minor & infrequent noisy neighborhood activity. VERDICT Great service, location, & amenities perfect for a staycation, vacation, or workcation experience. The beds could use an update and might be insufficient for those that need more support/firmness. Some premium bedding would also take the sleeping arrangements to the next level. Overall I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet & intimate stay. 4/5āļø

Right out of a magazine! Quite and peaceful. Just your own piece of paradise. The rooms are decorated nicely and extremely clean. The smaller hotel setting canā€™t be beat. This is now our go to Palm Springs hotel.

An extraordinary place--we are already talking about returning to Palm Springs from the East Coast just to stay here again. Very quiet--the management actually apologized to us about the noise from some guests chatting by the pool in the afternoon! The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully appointed, but we spent most of our time in the chairs on our own little patio overlooking the pool. This is a tiny place, but the managers are anxious to help guests have a great time. I asked one about the history of the place, and she copied some articles for me. There are several restaurants within an easy walk. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway, this is the perfect choice.

The perfect middle choice when you want somewhere between an Airbnb and a hotel. The late night pool access is exactly what I need after a hot Palm Springs day. It was so quiet and serene, we will definitely be coming back for years to come!

A very quiet and small hotel. A real hidden gem! We were kindly welcomed by Victor who gave us all the necessary explanations. Our room was in perfect order. A very large room with a kitchen and a nice bathroom. Afterwards we enjoyed the nice and beautiful swimming pool. The sprinklers at the pool are very helpful with the hot temperatures when you want to lie down on your lounger. We were sorry that we only stayed 1 night and didn't get to enjoy the pool longer. The check-out was a little more difficult. We wanted to leave around 8 am but there was no one at the reception. There is a sign at the reception with 3 phone numbers on it and there is also a phone. Victor told us the day before that there was always someone available, but unfortunately that was not the case. We called all the numbers and were only able to reach a staff member (Judy) who was on sick leave. She told us to write a small letter and leave the key at the reception desk. We did not hear anything after that. A bit of a strange ending to our stay. However, we would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area!

I like this place a alot it's quiet and relaxing. I do wish one day they will revamp all decor. I think a nice hot pink and light pink would be good here with pink flamingos in the grass. Pink pool umbrellas and sitting area. Pink decor for the rooms as well a pink oasis. Everyone here is so welcoming even the own. Let's go pink lol

Me and my boyfriend stood here during Coachella weekend one and we were so pleasantly surprised to find out how nice and accommodating our hosts were. Victor and Judy were literally the nicest hosts weā€™ve ever met during any of our travels. We went to santorini Greece last year and we both agreed we love it here more and thatā€™s saying something! We came to the hotel and were stunned by how clean and beautiful the room was. The shower was literally the best shower Iā€™ve ever had in my life. The double sinks made it so convenient to get ready. The bed was super lush and comfortable with amazing linens. Walking outside and having a view of the pool and mountains was simply breathtaking and unreal. The hotel truly lives up to the name and I felt like I was in a little paradise during my stay. They have a filtered water sink in their office thatā€™s open to guests 24/7, and always have bananas available. They also have bikes available for guests to ride. Touches like this are not something you can find at a regular big name hotel! They also had a full kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, plates, even a cutting board! Truly a home away from home! The neighborhood is also super peaceful and safe; we woke up to the sound of birds chirping every morning. The other guests were also super nice. Everyone greeted each other and smiled at each other, it was such a kind and positive place which also made it truly feel like a paradise. Me and my boyfriend stood an extra day because we loved it so much! We also had a late and delayed flight the following day and Victor let us hang by the pool and let us put our luggage in the main office! What other hotel would let you do that!? Me and my boyfriend spent the final day wandering around, biking, hanging by the pool even though we had already checked out! Seriously the nicest and most accommodating host EVER. Thereā€™s also a gorgeous fireplace by the pool, the pool is warm at night, and thereā€™s always towels available for use outside. I canā€™t say enough good things about this place! Me and my boyfriend never wanted to leave! In fact we made the choice to stay here every year during the Coachella music festival weekend. We loved it so much that weā€™re even thinking about moving here one day! Weā€™re from nyc where most people are rude so this area in Palm Springs truly felt like heaven. Even the people in the neighborhood that we met outside the hotel were so kind. You can tell Victor and Judy love what they do. They go above and beyond for their guests. The housekeepers were also lovely and helpful and did an amazing job at cleaning! Sincerely thank you for giving us the best few days of our lives! We canā€™t wait to come back already!

This hotel is a gem! The room was immaculate and the little kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was amazing with a beautiful view of the mountain. We wished we could have stayed a week! We will definitely be back.

This place is an absolute gem! Judy in the front office messaged me first thing in the morning to ask me if there was anything I needed before I arrived. The hotel has everything you might need for your stay including a nice size refrigerator, induction stove, overhead microwave, Keurig machine, pots pans, dishes and silverware etc. There is a front and rear patio with outdoor furniture that is very nice. The king size bed was super plush and comfy. Sheets were fresh and clean, staff was super friendly and the heated pool is open 24hrs. It's super quiet and they even have books you can read in the reception area. The whole place was very clean and tidy... I'm planning another stay here in the near future. Thank you guys for making my stay here a pleasant one.

A totally charming hotel. We were welcomed warmly with freshly picked grapefruits, oranges and unlimited coffee and tea for the morning. The bed was comfy, the shower was amazing, and the kitchen had all we needed to cook a meal. The pool view is exactly as pictured and we loved stepping outside our room door to the sun lounger.

Amazing staff, beyond comfortable bed & pillows, quite, Keurig coffee, & full kitchen. Will definitely be back!! This was just a 2 day get away, but will stay here when I do return.

This was a wonderful find. A small, tree-shaded villa away from the noise, with an always-pleasant, always available saltwater pool. The rooms (we recommend #2, as it has the most central mountain view) are smartly but warmly designed. The owners and the cleaning staff were extraordinarily kind and attentive. Will be coming back.

Sweet boutique hotel with a nice layout in the rooms and around the pool. A large bathroom, kitchenette and bedroom were complemented by a shaded front porch with seating. The rooms are partially updated but the kitchens and baths could use some style and modernization (however the shower head and water pressure is out of this world). Staff is friendly and accommodating; this is a low maintenance model of staffing and services, with someone here just during days and no restaurant or food. There are restaurants all around and walkable though, including Sanchos, Elmers and El Mirasol Cochina. When we were here, we were part of a very quiet, middle-aged clientele - very much up our alley. Overall, a great place for a peaceful, not too expensive stay, conveniently situated at the end of town, with easy access there and out to the adjacent desert communities.

Judy was the person who took care of us on our stay. She was more than accommodating. Answered all of our questions as well making sure we were all set on our stay. The hotel is a small hotel, probably about a mile from the downtown area. Itā€™s a 7-8 min ride to get there. It was a very quiet area. The outside pool area is very nice. The pool was heated to a nice 84 degrees. We had a great view of the mountain while enjoying the pool. The rooms were very nice and are reviewed down below.

Visited this little ā€œgemā€ of a boutique hotel mid July. It definitely was Palm Springs best kept secret! The rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. The pool was also so inviting on the extremely warm days but the water misters made it enjoyable. The service from the staff and owner was beyond accommodating. Thanks to all for making our birthday celebration so special! We will definitely be coming back as your new ā€œregularsā€ annually.

This is a darling hotel. The management was very accommodating and let me check in very early. Both owners are very kind and you can tell they love their hotel and care about your experience. The room I stayed in was lovely; the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at any hotel and the shower has the most amazing multi-head shower head. The pool area is very charming with lots of loungers and places to relax. I would absolutely stay again.
