Went to Cheadle Osteopathy based on reviews on google and can thoroughly recommend their professional and caring approach. Mr Cyril Irvine has helped me with my trapped nerve so much ! I hobbled into the initial appointment, a little apprehensive but Cyril put me at ease and quickly assessed my condition. From weekly visits to my booking in for appts if I want a check up. Highly recommended.

This was followed by an explanation of the origin of my symptoms and then appropriate treatment and some exercises to do at home in my own time. It was my first visit to Cheadle Osteopathy. I found the waiting room was very clean and open, with comfortable chairs and other seating. Pietro introduced himself to me and was very patient when going through my medical history and the reason that I had contacted Cheadle Osteopathy. Pietro was very pleasant and very attentive to my problems. Pietro found areas around my shoulders and back that need attention and started treating me immediately, and also suggested some exercises that I could continue at home. I am looking forward to my next appointment at Cheadle Osteopathy.

I visited Hannah after a recommendation from a friend who told me she fixed her vitality since becoming a new mum. Ever since becoming a mum myself, I had suffered with soreness around my lower back and hips, and I just assumed that with lots of picking up and carrying that it was something I had to just suck up. I had around 6 sessions with Hannah and she is an absolute witch doctor. I had tried massage, chiropractors and all the other usual avenues. I honestly just thought osteopathy was for babies! Her friendly demeanour really put me at ease and I really felt she listened to me in my consultation and throughout the sessions. She talked me through my symptom history and my birth in great detail. It wasn't really like a treatment, more like I was going to visit a friend every few weeks, I really miss our sessions! She was super knowledgeable about her field and always gave me things to do at home to keep the pain at bay. I haven't suffered with any pain since, and I would never have known it was another area of my body being weak causing the pain. I would recommend her in a heartbeat and would definitely visit again. She really is a credit to her profession and the practice.

I have been taking my baby for cranial osteopathy to treat torticollis in his neck from pregnancy for the past 6 weeks and the results in such a short time are incredible. I was initially nervous about attending but Gemma is extremely knowledgable, gentle & patient. She has given us great exercises and advice in-between appointments and I am very glad I booked in for an initial consultation because I now have a very happy & content baby. I have been to see both Gemma and Hannah and can’t recommend them enough. I was having tension headaches and pain in my neck, back and hips and all are significantly improved. I have been able to get back into running and generally feel much better. Cheadle Osteopaths is situated in South Manchester which is easy for me to get to and has parking.

I have recently visited Pietro twice regarding an ongoing stiff neck. I now feel so much better following these appointments and my neck pain is gone. Pietro was very friendly and highly professional, constantly asking my consent before performing any movements and clearly explaining to me what he was doing and why. He was able to explain everything in very simple terms so I could easily understand. I would highly recommend visiting Pietro and would rate higher than 5* if I could - thank you Pietro!! The clinic itself is very clean and has parking facilities at the back which is very convenient too. I would highly recommend Pietro and Cheadle Osteopaths.

I have received regular Cranial Osteopath sessions from Gemma Irvine for the last 15 months. The care and treatment have always been excellent and the Practice has always sought to be flexible when needing to reschedule appointments. Hemma also provided a letter, free of charge, when I was applying for some charity funding. I cannot praise the expertise of Gemma too highly. She is kind, gentle and I have always been impressed by her medical knowledge. She explains things clearly and is very caring. The treatments have helped my facial and head pain enormously. I would highly recommend this Pactice to anyone within traveeling distance of Cheadle.
