    Terrible customer interaction, send these tired old men to the back where they can’t be seen because they’re way too far gone doing anything worthwhile now, hence punching numbers in a till causing them so much stress & rubbing off on customers. Was literally told to measure my cars disc brakes with a measuring tape. I said ‘surely there’d be a size/part number on it?’ And was laughed at and literally told to go and measure it and ‘we’ve got a tape here’ - We're taking mm differences, a tape wouldn't be the way of doing it.. Upon finding the part size was (obviously) written on it I returned. Upon asking for pads and ‘rotors’ the bald old man pretended he didn’t know what that is (here in the UK we call them discs) to give him the chance to say in his snotty attitude "rotors? You mean discs, never heard of rotors mate" ..Like get a grip 60 year old till boy, you know what I meant. Very rude and impatient with a man infront of me in the que because his English wasn’t great, slamming parts down on the desk. If my technicians behaved like this I'd be issuing warnings, terrible attitude. Its a shame full grown men here behave like hormonal teenage boys. Won’t be back

    Came to collect some car parts today. Ordered in advance online. Only 2 in shop at a time so there was a queue out the door. Then waited 15 minutes for one of the loads of staff milling around to actually do some work and get it off the shelf. Staff seem more interested in chatting to each other than serving customers. Pretty rubbish service really.

    Do not recomend collection. Parking space is absolutely crab. Just scratch my van. Bins and other rubbish all over the place. Absolutely messy. 😪 0 stars

    Cheap car parts staff courteous but very laid back . Limited parking getting to the site is easy if you know the area . If not it's located just of mile road right turn from the the school direction right at the end of industrial estate .

    Given wrong part 3 times and goods in staff lack any people skills or courtesy & just leave you standing there for ages without even acknowledging you’re even there. I would rather pay more at Halfords in future!

    Literally cannot deal with how slow this place is on the counter. ***update*** They've definitely improved their customer service dramatically and I felt it only right to adjust my review accordingly. There are some new staff on the counter who are friendly and efficient. Still get the odd slow day, but I am generally happy with the service. Well done for improving the customer service ECP. 👏

    There appears to be quite a few negative reviews, however, I received nothing but great service when I ordered an Air Flow Meter for my BMW. Despite a delay from their suppliers, I can only state that both Frank and Jazz dealt with my order with courtesy and professionalism. I was kept updated with the delivery time, and true their word, I picked up the part at the time I was told it would be in the next day. Its easy to make a complaint, but fail to see the greater good in making a commendation..............because recognition breeds repetition. Well done to Frank and Jazz, you're a credit to Euro Car Parts, so please keep up the great service.

    If you want good customer service, you won’t get it here. I’d previously bought a battery from Euro car parts Luton which was faulty. It was completely flat, and held no charge when we attempted to charge it so it was completely useless. My boyfriend brought the battery to the Bedford branch as it’s closer to me and explained the situation and asked for a refund. The manger there refused, saying that because we had used it he couldn’t do the refund. My boyfriend explained how the battery was faulty and we had no choice but to test it out How else were we suppose to know if it worked or didn’t? The manager still refused and it started to escalate. My dad then arrived to which the managers attitude suddenly changed and he’d seemed to have a more understanding perspective. He agreed to take the battery and charge it for us over the weekend to see if it had any defects and would call us to tell us what happened. Monday came and we had no call, my dad phoned them 3 times and finally the manger spoke to him and agreed that the battery was faulty and that we’d get a full refund. They made the whole situation extremely difficult when it was very clear what was going on. From Luton selling us a faulty item, and having Bedford complicate the situation I can say I’ll never be using Euro car parts again. Don’t waste your time and money here.

    Just plain rude unhelpful staff. They don't try to assist unless it conforms to their parts database system. No flexibility to try to advise parts based on model and description- just talk over you repeating same thing.

    people, don't buy a car battery from that store. They sell old ones than the packaging gives a 4-year warranty, and after that the battery doesn't work and they don't change it, they say buy a new one, a scammer

    Bad service bad attitude the sing on the vans says all parts for all cars instead of some parts for the most popular cars I live just down the road and used the dreadful place for years and after my last visit I'll be driving across the other side of town to beds battery in future they sell car parts and all manner of things engine related if I ask for gasget paper I get gasget paper euros don't know what it is if I ask for 2 stroke oil I don't get asked for the reg no. Don't be fooled by a lower price the quality of service and products is also much lower

    Usually a terrible experience. There’s hardly any parking and these spaces are usually taken by Euro Car Parts vans. There’s only one staff member on the service desk regardless of how many customers waiting. Better off going to GSF.

    Would not recommended. My husband bought rear brake pads. Delivery were said 3-4days. Delivery were attempted 2nd day. My husband requested redeliver. They was lying that tried to rediliver. 2nd time. Went to pick up on Saturday brake pads box were opened and wrong brake pads inside. Now will be taking back for refund. They told me on Saturday that it’s definitely will fit. They opened box and put wrong parts. Will give 0 waisted my time. Bunch of lairs. Do not recommend. As well they have me something to sign on pickup day. Terrible service. Rear brake pads for Saab 9-3. Pagid.

    This particular have very lousy customer service assistants. They take ages to serve the customers. Even if you order online expect at least 30-40 mins waiting time to be seen by them. Worst experience picking up stuff from here.
