If

want
good
customer
service,
you
won’t
get
it
here.
I’d
previously
bought
a
battery
from
Euro
car
parts
Luton
which
was
faulty.
It
was
completely
flat,
and
held
no
charge
when
we
attempted
to
charge
it
so
it
was
completely
useless.
My
boyfriend
brought
the
battery
to
the
Bedford
branch
as
it’s
closer
to
me
and
explained
the
situation
and
asked
for
a
refund.
The
manger
there
refused,
saying
that
because
we
had
used
it
he
couldn’t
do
the
refund.
My
boyfriend
explained
how
the
battery
was
faulty
and
we
had
no
choice
but
to
test
it
out
How
else
were
we
suppose
to
know
if
it
worked
or
didn’t?
The
manager
still
refused
and
it
started
to
escalate.
My
dad
then
arrived
to
which
the
managers
attitude
suddenly
changed
and
he’d
seemed
to
have
a
more
understanding
perspective.
He
agreed
to
take
the
battery
and
charge
it
for
us
over
the
weekend
to
see
if
it
had
any
defects
and
would
call
us
to
tell
us
what
happened.
Monday
came
and
we
had
no
call,
my
dad
phoned
them
3
times
and
finally
the
manger
spoke
to
him
and
agreed
that
the
battery
was
faulty
and
that
we’d
get
a
full
refund.
They
made
the
whole
situation
extremely
difficult
when
it
was
very
clear
what
was
going
on.
From
Luton
selling
us
a
faulty
item,
and
having
Bedford
complicate
the
situation
I
can
say
I’ll
never
be
using
Euro
car
parts
again.
Don’t
waste
your
time
and
money
here.
