Maz was great took care of my self and Grandaughter who has wide feet. Very patient and comforting to a 10 year old. I had ran out of steam. Well done Maz see you next time.

Still hard to beat for decent normal shoes at a fair price. One of the best shops in Berky.

I bought shoes for my Grandaughter. The lady that served me was fantastic....Well mannered..efficient..polite and very knowledgeable....A pleasant refreshing experience.

This morning myself and 87 year old husband and on the recommendation of my sister paid our first visit to Wynsors in Birkenhead. Hubby is on oxygen with failing sight and he uses a rollator. A very large one. Had we been Royalty we could not have met with more help and kindness than that was afforded to us by Tracy and Sasha. We were very please with the shoes that we bought and we received a great deal of help. Very willingly given. We will certainly be going there again. Thank you Tracey and Sasha. It was a delight to meet you both.

A big range of men women and childrens boots shoes.They also do a good range of safety shoes.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Prices were competitive and would highly recomend.

Very helpful staff, good selection of shoes. I am disabled and use a mobility scooter, this shop has good access for mobility scooters the staff were courteous and showed understanding of my needs whilst I was trying the trainers on

First visit to Wynsors & we werent dissapointed .. great brand choice .. kickers,skechers,hush puppies ect .. all at great prices .. womens . mens & childrens shoes ,sandals ,boots , slippers ,wellies ,socks ,hats& gloves .. the range of stock was great & we will be visiting again .. not many shoe shops around Birkenhead so its fab to find a good one 👏 .. 😊

Excellent service, kind friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. One particular member of staff went above and beyond and fitted my daughters new shoes with different insoles to check which best suited her fitting. Really appreciated the thought and extra service!

I visited the Birkenhead store to get school shoes for my niece. Unfortunately I left it late and shoe size was not available but I can honestly say the young male assistant went above and beyond,. Extremely helpful, pleasant and tried his hardest to help me. It’s been a long time since I visited any store where someone was so accommodating. I never review good or bad but he was exceptional so I just had to comment. I’m sorry I never took your name but you are a credit to any employer and if I had a shop I would most certainly employ you!!

Good selection of footware and accessories. Prices good and you can get your new footwear protected with a treatment that makes them waterproof for a few pounds or even take your own shoes or trainers to be treated, only takes a few minutes for the process including drying and treatment works a treat. Friendly staff to boot!

I have just purchased some footwear in the Birkenhead branch of Wynsors and was disgusted by the attitude of a particular member of staff called Ben A. He was obviously taking a personal call on his mobile and his language was utterly disgraceful, particularly when he knew he was in earshot of my young child. He had zero customer service skills. It is disappointing in this current climate as he should be grateful he has a job. I'm sure there are more worthy and employable people out there who would do far better. I suggest this member of staff undergoes an extensive customer experience training.

Bought a few pairs of shoes for my children in the last week from this shop. Great shoes at great prices. Staff are always on hand to help for assistance

I like the choice of foot wear they have, as well as inexpensive shoes and trainers they have branded foot wear I got my sons trainers from here.
