Have got take away from here twice. Both during a friday evening. The food was a little late but thats a friday for you. The food itself was very tasty and much better quality than i expected. The batter has a great spice kick to it. Over all highly recomended. Great food and value for money

Absolutely gorgeous place, never ever had a problem with the food, this us about our 30th order, though i can agree with sometimes poor deliverys, but worth the wait.

Don't order food from here, very poor customer service......ordered food then got a call hour later saying that they were to busy and had cancelled our order. Then just put the phone down on me.....not recommend at all .

I had chicken bucket and a burger. Loved them both, very tasty. No complaints.

Ridiculous waiting time on my order, Monday night and I was waiting just under 2 hours. One meal not like it was a big order. Won’t be ordering from them again!

Was told delivery was 40-50 minutes, never arrived 30 minutes after time given. Called the restaurant and was told it had left, delivery was then updated to a further 40 minutes later. Food finally arrived and was freezing cold. Do not order. This is not the drivers fault as I was made aware they are short on drivers but the restaurant shouldn't be taking orders if they can not fulfill them. Only giving 1 star because it won't allow me 0 stars.

Stood waiting for about 10 while one person an their phone an the other looking at me an doing something else before sending the other guy to serve me the atmosphere is really tense like they can’t be bothered

This takeaway has got to be the best chicken burger we have ever tasted the food is always hot when delivered and the staff are very very friendly I would highly recommend anyone to try this you won't be disappointed amazing food as always

I love seeing their just eat van around Bootle on my way home. It's like a sign "Get those heavy scrans on the go" Food is always top quality. Delivery guy is great. Never really had a problem with it being late. Obviously, if you're ordering 7pm on a Friday/Saturday, he's not going to be at your letterbox in 10 minutes as they're busy. But they deserve to be busy. The food is great. I'm trying to cut down on takeaways, but these guys are the exception.

There are bad costumer services all Sri Lankan they don’t know the how to candle the customer. Don’t order any think , And Iam going to complain to reading standard cleaning and customer service, And regarding staff records also .

Food showed up wrong the first time so rang up to get my actual order and tried to tell me that i ordered the wrong thing and proceeded to put the phone down on me then didn’t answer twice when i rang back. Got my actual order eventually except the drinks and slice of cake which meant the delivery guy had to go back for them. Didn’t even end up getting the drinks or cake.

Absolutely shocking. Placed the order at 6:50PM and the ETA was 7:40PM. 7:30PM comes around, and my order is marked as on it's way. After calling up at 8:15PM I was told the driver was minutes away. Delivery arrived at 8:30PM and I asked the driver what time he left the shop with my food, and surprise surprise he says "10-15 minutes ago" Terrible delivery times Terrible customer service Absolute liars Avoid at all cost
