Friday 5th October had a phone protector put on my iPhone 7. The guy that served me answered a call to family member and carried on with the call while putting protector on! It ended up being wonky and I asked if he could sort which he did. Thursday 11 October protector coming away from phone- went to the shop explained what went on to a different guy and that I’d like a new one or money back and was told he can’t do!! He would only put a new one on if I paid half price for a new one !!! I would never use this shop again and wouldn’t recommend!!!! Shocking !!!

I just taken my phone here on Friday to be fixs every taken my phone to be fixs before repairs price is very good very help staff I so be getting a phone call when phone is ready to be pick up. I be at work all of next week. I be coming here again

Went in with a shattered screen on my Samsung A71. The repair service was excellent all work completed in a speedy, friendly and professional manner. They had the replacement screen (and a protective case) in stock and I was delighted with the price too. No hesitation in using again and recommending to others.

My iPhone 11 screen had just stopped working. Apple wanted £219 to replace the screen 😳. Called a few other 3rd parties for quotes and Fone Hub was not only the cheapest (£90) but the turnaround time of just 30mins was incredible! Fantastic service! Will definitely be using again!

Despite all these reviews, I actually had a great experience at FoneHub in Yate today! I was sold a screen protector and car phone holder for £15. Staff were very friendly and were knowledgeable regarding the products that I wanted. A very quick visit today but will be back!

I always come here for any of my tech, lovely guys who are always willing to help. Screen protectors are great quality and cheaper than anywhere else. Best variety of cases in Yate! Definitely recommend.

This store is only worth going to if you're sure about what you want to buy. I told the shop owner that my phone started draining suddenly and he said I absolutely needed a new battery. I bought one for £40, only later to discover it was having the data on that drained my perfectly good battery. When I explained this to him, in the hope of getting a refund for the battery( or even a store credit) he became very argumentative and defensive. This place will not diagnose problems and will only be helpful if they can sell you a product. If not the right one or anything goes wrong, you'll be out of luck.

Took my samsung A12 into Fone Hub and was given great sirvice on my shattered screen it was all done in 1hr and my phone like new again now many thanks .
