Went to Blackpool for the day yesterday and went into the pumpkin cafe in the train station. The lady who served was lovely, polite and helpful. Could not have asked for better service. She was also very cheery which was nice. I didn’t manage to get her name, but the rain I was on arrived at Blackpool north at 11:02am. More staff could do with taking lessons on how to treat customers. I did stop going in at one point but yesterday encourages me to go in more as I am a frequent traveller to Blackpool.

I always love getting a coffee before I catch the train at the Pumpkin Cafe. The coffee is always fantastic and it's such good value. I loved chatting too the lovely lady who works at the Pumpkin called Cassie. We had a lovely chat one morning and we both talked about London as we both used to live there and Cassie is from London originally. Cassie was really lovely, friendly and kind.

Just got a great cup of coffee from 'the good looking' lady who served me Been many times & the welcome, service & food etc are just great- thank you.

Lovely coffee and friendly staff. Really nice place to pass the time while you wait for a train. June is a star and definitely should be employee of the month. The place is spotless!

Absolutely lovely lady. Jayne in Blackpool north was so nice and helpful. Although the prices are ridiculously high, I was going to walk out the shop but Jayne making conversation is the only reason I stayed long enough to buy something... Great staff. Thanks

Lovely staff here I have many compliments for this little cafe. As soon as I walked in the place was immaculate, I was telling staff how amazed I was at how neat and tidy the magazine shelves are, big up to chrissie for this! I can already see how hard working they are especially in this heat! Very friendly staff very kind. 🥰🥰

lovely friendly service. We only had a cuppa before our train but even that was very enjoyable. Friendly smile was a lovely start to the day and chatted to us about the journey.

Popped in 24/2/23 early morning. The lady serving me was really friendly. Great service, eating area clean, good coffee and sausage sandwich for £5:50. Fab!

What a lovely lady June is, so friendly and extremely helpful. An absolute credit to your company. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she went out the way to help me, little did she know I have a hidden disability which makes me anxious and she put me at ease straight away xx

Called in yesterday on the way home. The lovely Jayne pointed me to a meal deal which saved me money on my lunch. The cafe was clean and plenty of room to sit in. Lovely coffee with a cheery smile. Will deffo call in again.

I visited the Pumpkin just before getting on my train. I received a very warm & friendly greeting from Jayne which immediately made me feel welcome. I had a lovely cappuccino (was v pleased that oat milk was available) & picked up a magazine & some tissues. Jayne is a credit to your organisation, wish there were more people like her.

Jayne & Julie were the staff on duty when I called in on two separate occasions that day. They were very welcoming and cheerful as well as being efficient at their jobs. All in all, a very good experience.

Visited this morning for a coffee. perfect service from cassie advised me I could add a sausage barm for an extra £1! Great start to the morning. She supports arsenal like myself, which made it an even better service. A great asset to your company. Would recommend

Fantastic food, the sandwiches were delicious and the croissant amazing, will definitely buy from here again.

Pretty much had to run to the train station this morning. Got there with 8 minutes before the train was due to leave and the lovely member of staff said it was no problem to make a coffee in that time. A great coffee and a wonderful, friendly member of staff

Jayne behind the til was lovely this morning, very welcoming and chatty. I picked up a bottle of water from the fridge but it was a little warm and without me even saying anything she grabbed a cold one out of a different fridge for me and swapped it. Great customer service!

Good variety of snacks, papers & magazines for a long train journey. Had the pleasure of bring served by Cassie. An absolutely wonderful young lady that made the start of my morning enjoyable. Nothing to much trouble and service with a smile. Coffee very nice too.
