Hotel facilities are as expected. Bathroom isn't too cramped. Located close to the station and restaurants. Breakfast was acceptable with pork soup and too dry rice balls. The hotel has changed its name to Ai-Hotel.

This was the only hotel that was available and with reasonable price when my plan had unexpectedly changed and needed a hotel room starting that evening. Front desk attendants were polite but not as friendly and approachable as other hotel staffs. Room was quite small but just enough for 2. My total stay is 4 nights and, at 3rd night, I've come to like the area. Train station is 2 mins walk away, bunch of stores and restaurants are all within few mins of walking. This hotel may not be as fancy as others but extremely convenient and fairly affordable.

Conveniently located 5mins away from Oyama (Tochigi) Station. Breakfast options are available but not a wide selection. Restaurants are available around the hotel and the station also has a supermarket.

The room is small when you have two big luggage bags. Otherwise the lodging is great.
