[Other good points] ・The echo image will be handed over with the thin paper + L size photo paper (very good) - The entire hospital is clean and new. ・Nurses are friendly and kind ・Everyone at the reception is clean ・When there weren't enough seats in the waiting room, she gave me a pipe chair (there was also an obstetrics and gynecology department...tears) ・There is a water server ・Thorough measures against corona (non-woven mask required, only one person can enter the hospital, etc.) ・You can watch Echo videos at any time from your smartphone, etc. (Original) 市内の他の個人病院から転院してきました。人柄、施設、サービス、全てにおいてこちらのほうが良いです。 まだ不快な思いをしたことはありません。 (妊婦検診の段階なのでお産については分かりません。) 【男性の先生】 説明が分かりやすく、質問への回答もとても丁寧です。淡々としているので、無愛想と感じる患者さんもいるのかも？私的には好感が持てる接し方でした。 診察時は真面目な声色なのに、退室時は優しい声で「お大事に」と言ってくださって凄くほっこりしました。笑 【女性の先生】 こちらの先生も丁寧です。ハキハキしてて仕事熱心な感じです。エコーで赤ちゃんを見ている時詳しく説明してくださって嬉しかったです。 腰痛が辛い、新幹線の遠出は大丈夫か、などたくさん質問したのですが一つ一つ小冊子などを見せながら分かりやすく説明してくださいました。 【待ち時間】 平均1時間待ちます。長いという口コミもありますが産婦人科はこんなもんだと思います。 急なお産の時は数時間お待たせするかも…と事前に説明がありました。もちろん赤ちゃん最優先ですので待ちます。自分も待たせる立場になるかもしれないし。 【電話対応】 やまなかへ転院＆分娩予約は可能か？という電話を初めてした際、対応が冷たかったです。 こういう電話をする患者さんは不安な気持ちでいることが多いと思うので、優しく寄り添って対応したほうが印象いいですよ。あまり電話に慣れていない感じもしました。 【その他良い点】 ・エコー画像を、例の薄いの用紙＋L判写真用紙で渡してくれる(めっちゃ良い) ・院内全体が綺麗で新しそう ・看護師さんは気さくで優しい ・受付は皆さん清潔感がある ・待合室の席が足りなくなりそうな時パイプ椅子を出してくれてた(そうじゃない産婦人科もあった…涙) ・ウォーターサーバーがある ・コロナ対策が徹底されている(不織布マスク必須、病院に入れるのは1人のみ、等) ・エコーの動画を自分のスマホ等からいつでも観られる

受付の人は親切でした。先生はあまり口数が多くなく無愛想にみえるかもしれませんが、質問したことには答えてくれたので、そこまで嫌には感じませんでした。1度採血をしていただいたのですが、1人の看護師さんが苦戦していて2回刺し違えられ「私にはこれできないわ〜○○さんお願いします〜」と別の方に交代されてました。へらへらされていたので不安に感じてしまいました。

人情味がない病院！ 命掛けでの流産された人婦さんのに、お咳は３日間治ったけど診療を断られた。 他のクリニック行った方がいいです！
