Hygienist kept leaving me to take vCare of another patient. Staff very nice , cordial and held conversations with me. Made me feel comfortable.. but, there’s always a but!! The equipment and general area of dentists work is Very Dirty . I’ve mentioned it on all three of my visits there. Equipment out dated and damaged . The mechanical arm that holds the tray and light. Leaking Oil black fry and Oil and the chair I was in was broken. Could Not raise it up or down. The e ray machine had a large crack on the side of the lense. Extremely outdated . Obviously you are more interested in filling your pockets rather putting your money into New updated equipment!! In my opioid, It’s embarrassing for your staff to work there. I’m sure they are questioned many times throughout the day in these matters. They defend you as best they can!!! Well you asked so I told you about my visits. I would ask you if All of your stores are Like this or just the one in Cleawater?????

I would give a zero star rating if possible. My first visit took an hour and a half to be seen and they only got me in after I told him I was leaving. Waiting this whole time. I had to listen to the front office girl complain and grumble in a very loud voice about everything happening in the building. My second visit I took the afternoon off to have work done and even though they had given me a quote and had me sign it stating the amount I would be responsible for when I got there for my procedure. My quote went up over $200, when I asked for an explanation, I was not able to be given one. Just told that how much it would cost. I have zero trust in the professionalism of this location.

Not to bright! I haven't been here in years and I'm getting asked to leave a review. A family member has been here and I was getting their reminders texted to me. They cannot get anything right. One of many reasons why I don't go to Brightnow anymore.

Dr. Leal and the Lead dental assistant Stacey, gave me an unforgettable experience. They were smart, professional, and made me feel very comfortable while they gave me a new implant. I would highly recommend this Bright Now facility.

I will say Bright Now Dental is five star. No pressure like some Dental office trying to sell you everything they can possibly do. It's professional, clean. I've had no problems with them like others.

I'm not even a patient there but they took me in and fixed my dental issue. All of the staff were pleasant, professional and I must say I rarely receive such quality customer service. Now!! I can go on my vacation pain free.

This was my first visit to Bright Now! They are one of the very few offices that accept my Wellcare - Evolve dental insurance so I was happy to have found them. The experience was as good as expected for a trip to the dentist. I had more x-rays taken than at other offices in the past. Everyone was kind and professional. Unfortunately, I have to wait until mid-July for my cleaning because they are so booked.

This was my initial visit to this office. Everyone I came into contact with was so professional and welcoming. They eased my anxiety about changing to a new office. So glad I made the switch!

At first they asked me for references and $$ for each reference. I took my two neighbors, they still get care there and I never received the $$ for the referrals. It's almost been a year since all of this. I referred them of course before my bad experiences. My experience was quite annoying because the hygienist didn't see me, she sent me home. I was still in the parking lot when two of them came out like crazy looking for me because the hygienist had to see me. Of course I did, but at the front desk they told me I was done for the day. I went back inside and the hygienist was upset because what she as a hygienist saw did not agree at all with what the doctor had seen and I mean what they say (2, 4, 6, 3, ect. I don't know what that is called) on my teeth and gums. I also went to another office and unfortunately had a bad experience as well. The employees are friendly but not organized. And in the other office there hadn't been a hygienist for several weeks in a row.
