Have tried to schedule an appointment for over a month and the office staff is completely incapable of seeing which doctors are in network with your insurance in order to make a consultation appointment. Which isn’t covered by insurance and I’d have to pay $175 out of pocket for, according to the front staff. I was told a supervisor would have to call me back in order to schedule, something I had been told previously and no one in the office bothered to follow up. A month later, here I am having the same exact problem. If you want a a knowledgeable front office staff, this is not the place for you.

I am a new patient of Pinellas Periodontics located in Clearwater. This was the first time I've had my dental cleaning by Dawn, their dental hygienist. I can't tell you the number of times I've had dental cleanings throughout the years. This time was so different. It was the most thorough dental cleaning I've had ever. Not only did Dawn take her to time with me, but she also provided me with some educational tips in maintaining healthy teeth and gums. She is super nice and has a real passion for helping her patients with dental hygiene and care! The facility is spotless and the staff is wonderful. If you've never had a thorough dental cleaning, I strongly suggest scheduling an appointment with Dawn. You will not be disappointed!

I have been a patient with Dr. Carazola for over 12 years. I really like going there and have always had great service and they make you feel like family. Sandra is a great hygienist, always encouraging me to take good care of my teeth and gums. This office is run at the highest standards possible both on a personal and technical level. The staff are all very personable, caring and professional. Dr. Carazola is the best of the best, with NO exaggeration! He totally knows what he is doing and does it for the full benefit of his patient. There are no shortcuts or rushing here, only true professionalism born out of many years of study, practice and dedication, crowned with a beautiful heart and soul!! I could go on and tell of the great successes that I've had with Dr. Carazola's care but I think you can already guess from how I have described the Carazola office, so no need to go into further detail now.
