I was treated excellent! They were all very attentive helping me. I was taken at a reasonable time and all went smoothly. I enjoyed going for my Dexascan and Mammogram. They gave me a tote , which I forgot about with a little gift package. I felt very welcomed there.

The ladies were very nice. Thorough review of my pain area and checked if I had any metal in me, etc. They gave me a washcloth for my eyes since I am claustrophobic, earphones with music to dull the noise, and a warm blanket. All went smoothly. Very thankful for their attention.

I want to acknowledge Rafael and the exceptional care and attention I got when I was there. There were some issues with the drs orders and the insurance company correspondence. He straightened everything out within a few minutes. As he set me up for the scan, he explained everything to me that was going to happen so I knew exactly what to expect. It’s health professionals like Rafael that truly make a difference.

Imaging that was preformed at Mease Countryside by ultrasound technician Sofia was excellent customer service from start to finish and the personal note at the end made a wonderful impression on me. Sarah, at Mease Dunedin also provided excellent customer service and comforted me during my biopsy. I’m impressed with the entire BayCare system from scheduling to admitting to your technicians to nurses, doctors etc. Thank you for the exceptional service you have provided me, Sofia & Sarah!

I did not have to wait. The CT Scan was done efficiently, without difficulty. The report was in my doctor’s office within the day! Can’t get any better than that! Everyone was polite and friendly!

Friendly and efficient! I was met with friendly and efficient staff. I was given all appropriate information and the entire staff was pleasant and helpful.

Everyone was amazing form the security guard, to the intake staff, the sweet volunteer who walked me to my appointment and the staff who did my DEXA and mammogram. It was a flawless experience. Better yet it was earlier than my appointment time and I was done in about 45 minutes. Great job.

The technician was fantastic. The first day I was told to be there by 730 which I was. I checked in at registration and they too me back to the waiting room in the imaging department. There I sat for 1.5 hours. I finally went to ask someone and they didn’t even know I was there and nobody told them. This is very poor customer service.
