We enjoy our stay at Seaside. My wife is a travel nurse and the location is very convenient. Lea and Anna communicate throughout the entire stay. They make sure that everything is going great. The apartments are always clean and have a retro vibe to them. We will continue to rebook while my wife's contract as her here.

My husband and I have stayed here several times! We are locals but it’s nice to take a break away from home once in a while without having to fly or drive far away or spend tons of money! We have stayed in the smaller rooms/studio and both the bottom and top apartments! I feel we’ve enjoyed every type of room! It is hands down our place to go and unwind! Each room has a very tranquil clean, quiet, and pleasant atmosphere! Our favorite of all is the upstairs apartment! It is so unique in its design but felt like we had lived there for a lifetime! It has a very eclectic yet organized feel! The set up is wonderful as you have windows all around giving you a sense of solitude yet openness to the outside world! The location really can’t be beat either! It’s next to all the fantastic and diverse hot spots but is just a stones throw away from the water! Every place is walkable and the people are always friendly and inviting! We will be staying there for many more stay’cays to come! The hosts are extremely punctual and informative! They respond immediately to requests and make sure the property is kept well! I suggest to anyone visiting out of town or even just needing a nice spot to unwind to try this place ! You won’t be disappointed!

We stayed here for 9 days and everything was great! The unit was very clean and the bed is really comfortable. Having the full kitchen allowed us to do breakfast and sometimes lunch in, which saved us some money. But the best feature is the location! Walking distance to downtown but also found some great places nearby that we wouldn't have found if we didn't stay there. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for one night when I needed a place to stay in a scramble. I got very lucky since the room was super clean and cozy. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family! :)

Anna and Lea were super responsive with any questions I had. Place was quiet and easy to access. Plenty of good eats nearby. Bed was super comfy too. Would stay again !

Stayed at Anna and Lea’s place - Apartment 2. Absolutely loved it. Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient. Very quiet also. Was able to walk to downtown Dunedin. No worries about driving. Anna and Lea were excellent hosts. So quick to respond with and questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We lived in the area for 30 years. Go down often, and on the last trip, we stayed in this wonderful get-away. This place was exceptional. The location is superior. A 5 minute walk to our favorite brewery. A ten minute walk to the hub of Dunedin..... actually the Seaside Artisan Motel is on the very edge of all the action. The room is perfect, and the king sized bed is very comfortable. Wi-FI worked great. Great cell service. Very quiet. The perfect place for us..... and did I mention, the price is extremely reasonable. This is our new place to stay when we are in the area. Paradise in Paradise! Ron and Paul

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing! Anna and Lea were extremely responsive hosts! Responded immediately to my emails! Everything about this Airbnb was perfect! Walking distance to downtown Dunedin, beaches, and to the biking trail which is what I came down for!!! Will definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable accommodation close to everything, look no further!!

Excellent Room and so much more, charming almost Retro feel about it, walking distance of Main Street Dunedin, right on the Jolly Trolley Route to both Clearwater Beach & Tarpon Springs. I street back from the waterfront. Spotless Clean and well equipped with everything you need for both long and short stays. Host could not have been anymore helpful and we will stay again. Thanks guys 10/10.

This place was super cute but still had all the amenities you would need. I loved the big fridge and the kitchenette. Clean and felt relaxed. Great location. Can’t wait to stay there again.

We really like the Dunedin area. We had an extended stay at Seaside. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was very good in the shower. Check in and out was very easy. The host answered questions immediately and very helpful. Would stay again.

I recently booked Seaside Artisan Motel on a business trip to Dunedin. It was perfect! I walked downtown and was close to the water. The room was clean and had charm. The price was reasonable. I will book again and take my Wife next time.

Location, Location! Within walking distance to downtown Dunedin where you can enjoy 7 breweries, a distillery, and fabulous restaurants. Clearwater Bay is close by for Great sunset views. Anna and Lea are wonderful hosts of this quaint, retro motor lodge style Airbnb. Definitely would stay again.

Stayed there for the Wine The Blues Festival in Dunedin. It's an old place, not fancy in any way, but it was clean, well kept and in a great location. Our hosts were lovely and stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. Our apartment was super spacious with 2 BR's, a kitchen, living, dining area and on-site parking. It was just perfect for our needs and we'd totally stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful stay here! I recently stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. The room had everything you needed and was very clean. I loved the short walk to many restaurants and breweries! There is a lot to do near by and our host provided ,any recommendations which was very helpful! I would highly recommend staying here and I look forward to staying again in the future.

I recently stayed there and the experience was nothing but amazing.! Spotless room and comfy bed. Nice location, safe and super close to Dunedin Marina (great sunset view) and Downtown. Highly recommend.

STAY AWAY!!!! Unit infested with insects, destroyed all my food. Host promised a refund upon early check out but decided to rob me out of roughly $1750 after refusing to refund prior to agreeing she would. Terrible accommodations, completely dishonest host happy to steal your money and lie to you. There are plenty of beautiful Airbnbs in the surrounding area. DO yourself a favor and go elsewhere. As a side note, Airbnb clearly does not hold their clients accountable and allows them to defraud customers with no consequence.

This hotel was in a great location for walking distance to great food shops and local breweries. There was a great festival on honeymoon island that we drove to and a crab festival that we walked to that afternoon. The owners were very responsive and checked on us a few times to make sure we have everything we needed. We actually got an early check-in without asking. We will stay again

The location of these rooms are amazing. Within a short walking distance of all the bars, breweries, and restaurants Barrel District of Dunedin has to offer. I would caution that apartment 8 is right off the roadway and can be a tiny bit loud if you're a very light sleeper. We had no issues and would stay here again

Super cute, stylishly decorated, very clean room in a charming vintage motel. Excellent communication with hosts. Good water pressure, kitchen well stocked with utensils/pots, full size fridge, etc, if you wanted to cook. Convenient parking right outside door. Well located, within walking distance of all the shops and marina of Dunedin, which is a fantastic little town. I can't wait to go back and when I do, I'm absolutely staying here again.

Very cute unique little spot. In walking distance to restaurants and breweries. Also close to a biking and running trail and you can walk by the Intracoastal with beautiful houses. We also were close to the beaches and kayaking to Caladesi Island. I would love to stay here again. Perfect for our girls weekend get away and very clean.

The Seaside Artisan Motel is a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are trendy and full of great appliances. The communication from the host is fabulous. Everything we needed was directly in our room. We will definitely be staying again!

I am a travel nurse in the area and stayed here last week. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect, you are close to the water, food and downtown. I enjoyed my stay and will be staying again during my contract.

Cute little getaway spot for my husband, myself and our dog. It's conveniently just minutes from the beach and walking distance from several dog friendly dining establishments. Checking in and out was easy. The room had everything we needed for our stay (kitchen, fridge, dishes, etc). We would highly recommend this location to others as we plan to stay again in the future.

Seaside artisan was a great place to stay for my vacation! It is perfectly located within walking distance of downtown Dunedin with great restaurants and shops. I was in unit six and it was clean and comfortable. The small kitchen area made it easy to save a little money by having breakfast in the room before starting my day. I will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

I had to go back to Florida for what turned out to be my mother's end of life care. I kept extending my stay and was engulfed with stress and grief. They were welcoming, highly accommodating and very kind. The place is safe, clean, awesome and close to everything. Weather permitting, definitely hang out in the lovely courtyard. Charming little place for an escape of any kind. Even if you want to run off by yourself to gather your thoughts. I can't recommend more.

Love this place it’s absolutely beautiful and the workers are excellent! Very respectful and a pleasure to be around. I had no complaints while being here. Highly recommend. Very clean and nicely organized my vacation was perfect and this made it so much better!

A very comfortable and clean spacious place. Convenient situated within walking distance of beach. Staff was extremely attentive throughout our stay, really enjoyed kitchen amenities it's perfect for long or short stays. Plenty of parking space. I would definitely return.

I LOVED staying here. Let me start by saying that it doesn’t feel like a motel at all. The rooms feel nicer than most chain hotels I’ve been to! The location is great - Dunedin is such a quaint and cute town with great restaurants and bars. I would def recommend!

We only planned a one night get away, what a perfect location! Walking distance to local restaurants and breweries. Very clean and welcoming space. We didn’t take advantage of the full kitchen but it was very nice to have the option. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would love to go back the town is very cute!!
