Dr Horowitz is great! A no-nonsence dentist. He performs the work you need at a fair cost. No padding his bill with work not needed. A refreshing change from my past experiences. Secondly... the office staff and assistants are as good as any I have come across. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They put you at ease and walk you through every step of the work being done. This was a great choice for me and would highly recommend this practice for your dental needs.

4.5 Stars. Good experience. Everyone is very cordial and seem to know what they are doing. Dr. Horovitz is personable and has great chairside manner. Procedures and financial responsibilities are explained very well. Glad to have finally found a dentist practice that I feel comfortable with. Deducted a half star because of over 30 minute wait past appointment time. Almost looking forward to my next appointment :-)

I was absolutely amazed at the treatment and care provided by Doctor Horowitz. He made me feel so comfortable. His assistant Melisa was wonderful as well. The atmosphere there is one of caring and competence. If you want a great Dentist, this is the place to come to.

FINALLY!! I found a Dentist that TRULY CARES!! After moving to Florida in 2020 I had been used too seeing a Dentist regularly before I moved here. I was shocked as I had sat in SEVERAL Dentist chairs ONLY to walk out with ridiculously expensive treatment plans in my hand. I had to PINCH MYSELF TO MAKE SURE I WASN'T DREAMING! That's how WONDERFUL Dr Horowitz & his entire team are. They got me in, put together a affordable treatment plan & made it perfectly clear, I was going to be taken care of. They are like a happy family that adopt you when you walk in the door. The ladies at the front desk go above and beyond to work with your schedule & insurance...WITH A SMILE!!! They all put me at ease, (I have fear of Dentists from prior experiences) I was literally fighting back the tears thanking them as I left. I just can't say enough. Betty was meticulous & SO GENTLE when she cleaned my teeth. She is heaven sent. I could go on and on. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND DR HOROWITZ & HIS TEAM. Do yourself a favor and get in there. You'll be so grateful you did!

Love the people in this office. They’re friendly, go out of their way to come in and talk to you to make you feel at ease and accommodate you, whether it’s your dental “phobia” or keeping current on life events. Can’t say enough about everyone there. The staff and Dr. Horowitz are awesome!

My husband had bad tooth pain and we needed to find a dentist. Found this place and they took him asap as an emergency visit. Staff was nice,helpful, understanding and we were in and out quickly. They all did a good job and were very nice

This office is the best. They are nice and friendly and very accommodating. Beatrice did my cleaning and she has a gentle hand. It was very pain free and that's saying a lot because I'm a big baby when it comes to pain. Stephanie is so funny and Stacy is very sweet and friendly. They are all awesome!

Moved to Florida and needed to find dentist for dental cleanings. Coastal Dental came up on a list provided by my insurance carrier. I was able to get an appointment in one day! Upon arrival, I was greeted by three ladies at the counter who were very friendly. The warm welcome was continued by my Hygienist, Mary Ghattass. Mary was terrific at taking care of me. She did numerous X-rays and the cleaning was one of the easiest I’ve ever been through. The office has all the latest technologies to get the job done right. Dr. Horovitz came in and extended the same warm greeting as everyone else had. He was very thorough in his examination and gave me a feeling that I was in good hands. I’m glad I choose this office and it will be my dental office from here on out.

Fantastic service here. Everyone is friendly, the dentist Scott Horovitz does excellent work, and the rest of the staff are attentive and knowledgeable. My assistant Melissa was quick with x-rays, the hygienist Betty was meticulous with the cleaning, and the manager Stephanie explained everything thoroughly. Hardly any wait time too. Highly recommend!

I enjoy coast dental. I do not have a dentist fear like some, but if I did I would still go there for my dental needs. Even though they seem very busy which they are but they know who you are and greet you when and tell you good bye. They all are so happy and personable. A few of the ladies at the front desk are so really silly they will have you laughing. The sane with the back staff of dentists and their staff. The business is clean and comfortable Professional all around good place there on US 19 In Home Depot plaza.

Amazing!! Front staff was immediately warm, joyful & inviting. Get brought back for initial consult & she was incredibly calming & funny and so comforting.. and clearly in touch with it all having done this for 22 years in this exact company. I fell in love with her! Then the doc, Scott, comes in & puts me at complete ease… no judgement, no lectures, no formalities… I felt at ease, comforted & like my best friend was at my side. I’ve been to dozens of dentists offices in my time but this pace blows all out of the water x100! I’ve already recommended them to every person I know. If you’re scared of any dental issues, you MUST go here! I heard them with several patients & it’s the same treatment throughout. They are the very best & I'm so glad I found them!!

The staff is always friendly and helpful especially so because the a/c went out. They were receiving portable a/c units but that didn't stop them from doing their job. The dentist also did a great job . I would recommend Coast Dental to anyone.

Dr. Scott Horowitz was so kind. Due to financial issues & lack of insurance throughout my life until now, I always put my children's teeth before mine. This was my first dental experience in 30 years. When I came into the office, I expected to be put down & shamed, as I had been in the past at other dental offices, but not here at Dr. Horowitz's office. All the office staff was great & when seen by the doctor, he said to me, " The past is the past & gone. We will deal with the here & now & just go forward." That made me feel great & I am no longer worry about future visits because I was treated with respect & kindness. I highly recommend this dentist, Dr. Horowitz, & his staff to everyone. They are good people!

Everyone was very pleasant and had great customer service skills. The Dentist and staff were great and made me feel at home. I have had many terrible dental experiences, they were the best Dental experience I have ever had. Christina was extraordinary with educating she took her time and answered all my questions.

My first time at Coast Dental was GREAT! I was very scared this morning. It's been awhile since I seen a dentist, But there was no judgement at all. The staff are so friendly and understanding. Dr. Boris was great & Christina was amazing she explained everything from top to bottom. She really helped me understand what I needed done and my options. Betty the dental hygiene was very kind & meticulous. I would highly recommend Coast Dental in Port Richey.

The staff here are fantastic and extremely friendly. I feel funny saying that I had a great time getting a tooth yanked out of my skull, but I truly did, and it wasn't an easy tooth by any means! Definitely gave Dr. Horovitz a fun time! Great people, great vibe! I can't wait to enjoy my next Dental torture with this staff again! (Hopefully not to soon!)

I really enjoy going to Coastal Dental. All the employees are so nice and pleasant to deal with. They make sure everything is done right the first time when I am being fit fir new dentures and a partial. They worked with me with my cost and I am very grateful to them.

Dr. Horowitz was amazing put me completely at ease and took excellent care of me! I would recommend him if you normally experience anxiety when facing dental procedures. He walks you through everything and has a very calming effect throughout the process. I had to have 2 back molars extracted and he took his time and made sure to check if I needed breaks. I will never go to another dentist again! He’s stuck with me for life now!

We had a cleaning with the new hygienist (Mary?). They now have Saturday appointments which is great! She was wonderful with my son and explained everything to him and why oral hygiene is so important. Great experience!

Everyone was really nice and pleasant to me...my treatment plan was explained in detail. Stephanie kept her word and called back when she said she would... I was very impressed at my first visit.

Shannon cleaned my teeth today. She is very sweet, personable, skilled at what she does and made me feel so comfortable. She is the BEST! Stephanie has always been so sweet and accommodating! She greets me and makes sure I am comfortable. She is quick to take care of my needs including insurance questions. She goes the extra mile and accommodates my sensitivity to fragrances and smells.

From the moment I walked into the office, the receptionist was very friendly, and even remembered my profession, So far this was a surprise to me because this was only my second visit. Then, after waiting no more than two minutes, I was called by my dental hygienist, who was extremely cordial and helped me feel relaxed and welcome. She let me know right away what my insurance would cover for my visit and what my best options would be. She was extremely knowledgeable, and knew exactly what service I needed, the moment I sat down. Then she helped immensely by taking care of my teeth and providing me with a thorough cleaning. I left knowing she truly enjoys her work and cares about keeping her patients’ teeth healthy and in optimal shape.. I will continue going to Coast Dental for all of my dental services in the future.

Once you are able to get an appointment things went really great. It took all of about 15 minutes to fix the chip in my front tooth. Dr Horowitz is very kind, thoughtful and efficient. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and pleasant.

Dr. Horowvitz is a perfectionist and thank god he is. He made sure my permanent bridge matched in color with my existing teeth and looked as natural as they should. It took 3 tries but it was worth the wait for me. I trusted him and he came through! Thank You ! And I have never met such a friendlier staff either, they all together are a great team !

My son has been coming to Coast Dental for over 4 years and I have say, it is always a wonderful experience, I wouldn't go anywhere else. He always comes out with a big smile. And We love the staff in the front desk, they're super nice and attentive.

Everyone at the office always makes it a fun comfortable experience for me and others, I am always happy to chat with the staff and they are always more than willing to make me feel safe and feel like I am heard and cared for. The staff there was incredible. They made me feel comfortable, were patient with me, and were honest. I went to another dental office b4 going to Coast Dental. I was quoted 22k for dental work. I went to Coast and after taking x-rays informed me that my teeth were in great condition. My gums are receding and they recommended a deep cleaning to slow down the process. Unless I want cosmetic work my teeth, I was told, were in great overall shape. I've never had a dentist so honest and straightforward in my whole life and that's no lie. I would highly recommend going to them. I will if I have any problems in the future.👍😁
