This review is not late (even if posted 3 weeks later after the incident) because this person I reported to corporate is not worth my frustration and time, but it is important to tell customers who is assigned in countryside, Clearwater, FL. store as a bad fit for a manager, hopefully temporarily. I’ve been a customer at zales for 5 years or so. The current so-called manager, LORAINE, is a rude and unprofessional person. She is mean in her looks and impatient in her service. Very arrogant and bossy. Funny to say she was sick from the second time of me walking in to show my husband what I have put on hold for me for an exchange. She started by being doubtful and refusing an exchange of a ring I traded ($5K) that I found to be better at first at another store while the other manager confirmed exchanges can be done anywhere. She was so fed up of seeing me visit the store a few times later to check about an exchange, looking back and forth at the options and the best deals in Black Friday within the 30-day policy. I also had in mind other business to do like resizing the ring I got if I decide to keep it and looking at bracelets since they started trading bracelets too. I asked her to give me my space and that I don’t feel comfortable with her. She ended up calling security on me to leave for coming by many times and talking to whomever sales person I find available, and for being argumentative, hhhhhhhhhh. Even an associate that I had help me 4 years ago, said I talked to her too this time! How shameful it is to take such an action in front of customers passing by in the mall, the same way they would if a customer stole jewelry! Needless to say this person apparently has hateful and racist feeling. Unbelievable! there is no policy claiming we have a limited number of visits and services. Corporate was outraged by her behavior annd will take necessary measures. It states; customers can look at as many jewelry as we want and visit as many times. Zales has been one of my favorite stores, unfortunately people like these can ruin that image.

The staff at this location is OUTSTANDING. They have gone above and beyond for myself and my fiancé and have always worked with us and provided exceptional service. Carla especially has literally gone above and beyond to help us with everything. Thank you Carla and everyone at this location! The only thing that has been a negative is the financing behind the scenes. Retracting statements and making things very difficult. But the staff makes up for it!

I came in just brousing, and was greeted by Alison, one of the sales representatives. She was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. She's very passionate about her job, as I saw. Very thorough and very respectful. I will highly recommend shopping here. Prices are very reasonable, quality is amazing. The store and staff is well up kept, clean and organized.

L'Wren and Kasey were absolutely AMAZING when helping me with my wedding band experience. I still go back just to get rings cleaned and visit! Highly recommend this store in Westfield Shopping Center. Best ever.

Lauren was very helpful and made for a great experience. We wish more people could have her kind of Pleasant attitude.

Flor was awesome. Very patient with me when it took me forever to make my mind up picking out a beautiful wedding set when I wanted to upgrade. Very happy with my decision. She was very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to show me numerous rings.

For the first and second time ever going into a jewelry store, I have been treated equally and fairly both times. It has made shopping fun! Kasey is so sweet and helpful both times and not pushy! He lets me look and answers all my questions. The best part was when I was picking my wedding bands. He so got me with the Disney Collection. Kasey was kind, friendly and very helpful even during a busy day! It made my day being able to shop and get what I was looking for and wanted. What's even more better is I ended up buying more then what I was originally in there for! Which makes it a special experience for me!

Every time I come into the store, Flor is always ready to help! She is patient and will help you make the right decisions when it comes to diamonds! I have been coming to this Zales for years and Flor is one of the only ones I will let help me!

Flor went above and beyond to help me get my wedding band inspected and cleaned! She even cleaned my engagement ring, even though it didn’t need inspected at Zales. Her customer service was a breath of fresh air!

Flor was great with helping my wife pick out a third ring to go with her wedding bands. She is very polite and will do everything she can to help you with selections.

Great service!! Kasey was amazingly helpful and sweet! We needed a temporary adjuster on my engagement ring, and help with knowing the process to send it in to be resized and he was great! Excellent quality ring and this store was great to work with!

10th year anniversary ring bought approximately in1995my husband deceased so I have no paper receipt it's was faded out so was discard now there is a fee for an appraisal it was bought in Fairview Heights in Illinois at Zales costing 3000 plus dollars I just wanted it in writing so now I will have to send it off again after just getting repairs on it and it came back just as beautiful as the day I got it. It's just possible I may not be able to afford to get an appraisal. I want to hand it over to my only son for his daughter one day or son.

Flor helped me with repair of a ring I had previously purchased at this location and took the time to look up in their system that I had a warranty plan for the ring (which I had forgotten about). She helped me save money and I'm very grateful. My wedding ring now looks beautiful again. Thanks Flor!!!

Kasey is amazing! The whole store is. We’ve been purchasing from Zales with Kasey since Dec 2022. My daughter, husband and I won’t go anywhere else. He’s so friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful. So Great to work with. You don’t ever feel pushed to buy which makes us as customers so grateful and comfortable. Reminds you to take pics and will do a wishlist for you. Thank you so much for your outstanding service Kasey! Zales is lucky to have you! So are we ;)

Here for over 45 minutes to do an inspection. Manager comes out from back after everyone is being helped. Service seems to need much improvement if they expect you to come for an inspection every 6 months.

I went to get my ring fix since the bonding came apart. Karin was the associate who helped me, HE IS FANTASTIC! So kind, funny and so knowledgeable on diamonds. There are so many places to get a diamond and it is associates like Karin, that make repeat customers. Thank you for your great service!

Great service and selection. It is my go to for presents for my wife and now my daughters for special occasions. The people that work there seem to really enjoy what they do and have never rushed or pressured me. Highly recommend this store.

Nabeel and Carla are absolutely fantastic. I couldn't decide on what i wanted and made multiple trips to exchange rings. They were very patient and understanding, that when your spending quite a bit of money you want to be completely happy. I will definitely be back in the future :)

Very upset with their merchandise. Bought a 14kt bizmark 18" necklace for $700. And it has broken for the second time. Shame on them. I trusted the wrong company.

Really nice and friendly store associates. They always ask of you would like your jewelry cleaned. They never pressure you to buy anything. The warranty on the purchases can be the way to go.
