Have purchased several pieces of jewelry here. They are always so helpful I was surprised at the low rating. Nothing I have ever purchased has broken, but I usually buy heavier thicker pieces. They sized a necklace down to make a bracelet because I wanted a certain link and didn't have time to wait to order it. They had it ready in 1 day. Also, they offer very convenient financing if you dont want to pay everything up front 100 days same as cash. Been going to this spot for years. I do shop around other jewelry spots, and they always turn out the better deal.

Business is ran horribly. I bought a new gold bracelet that included free sizing...I came back to get it sized. Had my gf take it to get it sized while I shopped around at the mall and they charged her 10 bucks knowing that she didn't know any better. They refunded me the 10 dollars and sized it. After the leaving the mall, within about 10min of driving down the road. The bracelet came apart and broke. They refuse to fix it without labor. Don't ever do business with this place. Their manager is unprofessional and as a business owner myself over 15 dollars you do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I would highly recommend staying away from this place. There is a reason they have 1 star ratings and nothing else.

Update!! Do not buy jewelry from here!!! I only had the ring a couple of months and it broke , then they charged me $60 to fix it . After having the ring a week ( never called me ) I came to pick it up and they claimed it can’t be fixed.( and instead of fixing it tried to up charge me and get me to buy another ring ) run 🏃‍♀️!!! I rather spend more and go to a “ real” jewelry store. I have never had this experience . Big time scammers

Jay was amazing helped me customize my wedding bands , they didn’t have the brides wedding bands so he had it custom made. Plus free engraving on the band . Great place to buy from Thanks Jay for the service.

Their gold they claim is real is really fake!!!! They will not return your money either!!! My stuff kept breaking necklace and bracelet and eventually got tired of fixing it so I upgraded and went to sell well they were all fake no wonder they were breaking I wasted $400 on both for $10 worth of gold plated metal!!! THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!

I went to the location in countryside mall to get a gift for my boyfriend. The gentlemen working there were very attentive and focused on helping me pick out something I liked at a price I liked. It was my first doing business with them but I'll be returning in the future.
