I had purchased a nursing watch on eBay because those things can be ridiculously expensive and, as a student, I needed to be as frugal as possible. Unfortunately, when I received the product it was not ticking. I came here thinking I would just need a new battery. The very kind gentleman informed me in advance what the cost would be for a new battery and proceeded to patiently take the battery out. He tested it, assured me it was fully charged, and suggested the issue might be mechanical. He then ran another diagnostic test that I wasn't familiar with and determined that the watch is actually working, the second hand just wasn't ticking so it just seemed like it was not functional. The distinct second hand is one of the specific features that I need for nursing school, so this was pretty essential. He effortlessly maneuvered one of the gears in the back and got the second hand to start ticking again. Not only that, I thought he was still working on getting it functional, but he even went so far as to adjust it to the correct date and time. All of this incredible service and he didn't charge me for anything. I HIGHLY recommend his skill and customer service! It's people like this that restore my faith in humanity!

I go here for any repair! This guy is awesome, just had my wife's wedding ring resized, looks like it was only made one time to fit her finger perfectly, no way to see where he did anything. But it's always that way, this place will not disappoint!

This business deserves a great review. The jeweler, Tom, has been replacing batteries for our watches for several years, he fixed a necklace for me and most recently, fixed both of my husband's Citizen Eco-Drive watches and the clasp on his necklace. Always professional, quoting fair prices and completing the work within the time-frame that he promises, he truly cares for his customers.

Very good at what he does and very reasonable too. Had watch with a broken crystal and a broken gold bracelet. He was very reasonably priced, fast and did the repairs in less than 40 minutes. I highly recommend him for all repairs. Very trustworthy too.

Went there to get my eye glasses fame fix I had 2 pair . They needed a spot weld .He told me $30.00 ..When I pick them up he charge $60.00 plus tax. He never said each .. And my frames were so bent ...Took them to get adjustment by eye glass place ..They told me they would not touch them because they would break,, also noticing in spot that my frames were silver instead of gold......will never go there again..

They were the only place out of over 15 different jewelry stores that I had gone to previously but they were the only people that were able to solder on a bail for a very special charm that my dad gave me over 30 years ago and since his passing I have never taken at all so with them able to do the fix on property and allow me to stand there and wait for it gave me peace of mind and they were very very sweet about it. They understood that had very sentimental value to me and I would have paid anything to fix it but that says a lot about them because they fix that they put a new battery and a watch and they clean my jewelry before they gave it back to me and everything looks brand new as the day I bought it or the day that it was given to me so I thank them very much I would definitely definitely recommend them and they're in a kiosk they're not actually in a store so look for a kiosk in the middle aisle otherwise you'll end up getting lost like I did trying to find it LOL anyways good luck and I strongly advise keeping these people on hand for any jewelry fixes you might have they are the best!:-)

They were reasonably priced and wiggly repaired my bracelet. They are to the left about 100' from the main entrance.
