😠 Rude chef, frustrated when you don't like his preparations. Chef who is more present in the dining room than in the kitchen. Good food but far from exceptional. Decent service. Very disappointing compared to gastro restaurants like L’espièglerie, Attablez-vous or Mont A Gourmet. People often mention service, chef, meal, wines, cooking, dish,

(Translated by Google) Rude chef, frustrated when you don't like his preparations. Chef who is more present in the dining room than in the kitchen. Good food but far from exceptional. Decent service. Very disappointing compared to gastro restaurants like L’espièglerie, Attablez-vous or Mont A Gourmet.

Excellent gourmet restaurant. A pleasant and talented chef. An explosion of flavors with every meal. The recommended wines that accompany it are excellent. Highly recommended to go there. Higher budget in line with the service.

A superb discovery and a real treat! Chef Benoît came to ask us what we would like for our meal. Then we were very well supported by Andy and his colleagues! A real moment of pleasure in a magnificent setting! Thanks again to Andy for his professionalism and sharing his knowledge 😁👌

We visited the Imperative twice in recent months because we received a €225 voucher. During the first visit, surprise during payment: we cannot pay with the voucher because our bill is less than the amount of the voucher (so it would have been better to buy 2 vouchers at 112.50 than one voucher at 225). So we went back today. The dishes were good but a little too salty for our taste. The service left something to be desired for an establishment of this standard: we had to ask for a bottle of mineral water three times. We were not served any sweets with tea. The tea was therefore served alone (without even sugar but with a spoon!). Not even a word of apology when we made our remarks. Long wait to be able to pay the bill. We frequented this establishment when it was in Maisières. We were happier with the restaurant (service and food) at the time. Damage !

Very very disappointed with this evening. We were delighted to take our godson to a Michelin-starred restaurant, he who has started studying hospitality and is aiming for cooking. The first impression was good at the level of the place which is sumptuous but quickly the service errors follow one another: we do not get rid of our jackets on our arrival but only once seated, we are not even given a bottle of water uncorked and without serving the first glass, the waiters are like automatons who recite their lesson mechanically, asking you if you liked it but don't listen to the answer, no more waiters after a certain hour... And on the plate… hardly better than a caterer. The chef is not in the kitchen but vaguely takes the order and comes to see you once in the evening. Meanwhile, banal and poorly executed dishes follow one another. The house cocktail was supposed to be champagne flavored with red fruits, it was at best sparkling water with a little syrup. The cold starter was peas and asparagus with mayonnaise and a tangerine wedge. No cooking there, not even infusion of asparagus to spice up the dish and create a surprise. Then this overcooked sole roulade, the same for the scallops in fatty butter sauces. This is cooking from 30 years ago! The wines were uninteresting. No research effort, no surprises. When I told the sommelier about it, he explained to me that it is his style to choose wines that sit behind the dish to leave room for it. Why not, but when the dish is already disappointing the wine is even further behind... And to finish off a too sweet dessert with a so-called yogurt ice cream which was certainly not yogurt. All this for €375 for three people. This is money poorly spent and a waste of time and very disappointing for our godson. We weren’t able to introduce him to what we appreciate in gastronomy 😞 Reading the comments from other disappointed guests, this is exactly the reality! Shame on this worn out, classless and proud leader...

On the occasion of a birthday, the chef created a fireworks display of flavors that found its way into the mouths of each of my 7 guests! Well done! Excellent value for money and exceptional service without an exceptional setting. Thanks again.

Excellent welcome, very high quality cuisine, the chef visits all the tables, let yourself be guided by the sommelier. Perfect service. We will return. To recommend without hesitation.

Following the gastronomic WK spent in your establishment, we would like to tell you, Many thanks for your welcome Many thanks for your service A big thank you for letting us taste your wonderful cuisine and your good wines that you served us throughout the meal. We asked you to have a red wine only arrangement for the entire meal and it really was a success. We really felt like we had been spoiled. Comfortable room, a great table for 4 in the glass roof, frankly, what more could you ask for. We just found it a shame that the chef didn't know how to come to the tables after the service because we would have wanted to congratulate him and thank him for everything. Well done to the whole team, very young, but super professional. Keep going and don’t change! For sure, we will come back, despite our 2 hour drive :)

👍👍 Très bon restaurant, le cadre est chaleureux et le service impeccable, la patronne est vraiment très sympathique et le jeune serveur très professionnel.
