Very
very
disappointed
with
this
evening.
We
were
delighted
to
take
our
godson
to
a
Michelin-starred
restaurant,
he
who
has
started
studying
hospitality
and
is
aiming
for
cooking.
The
first
impression
was
good
at
the
level
of
the
place
which
is
sumptuous
but
quickly
the
service
errors
follow
one
another:
we
do
not
get
rid
of
our
jackets
on
our
arrival
but
only
once
seated,
we
are
not
even
given
a
bottle
of
water
uncorked
and
without
serving
the
first
glass,
the
waiters
are
like
automatons
who
recite
their
lesson
mechanically,
asking
you
if
you
liked
it
but
don't
listen
to
the
answer,
no
more
waiters
after
a
certain
hour...
And
on
the
plate…
hardly
better
than
a
caterer.
The
chef
is
not
in
the
kitchen
but
vaguely
takes
the
order
and
comes
to
see
you
once
in
the
evening.
Meanwhile,
banal
and
poorly
executed
dishes
follow
one
another.
The
house
cocktail
was
supposed
to
be
champagne
flavored
with
red
fruits,
it
was
at
best
sparkling
water
with
a
little
syrup.
The
cold
starter
was
peas
and
asparagus
with
mayonnaise
and
a
tangerine
wedge.
No
cooking
there,
not
even
infusion
of
asparagus
to
spice
up
the
dish
and
create
a
surprise.
Then
this
overcooked
sole
roulade,
the
same
for
the
scallops
in
fatty
butter
sauces.
This
is
cooking
from
30
years
ago!
The
wines
were
uninteresting.
No
research
effort,
no
surprises.
When
I
told
the
sommelier
about
it,
he
explained
to
me
that
it
is
his
style
to
choose
wines
that
sit
behind
the
dish
to
leave
room
for
it.
Why
not,
but
when
the
dish
is
already
disappointing
the
wine
is
even
further
behind...
And
to
finish
off
a
too
sweet
dessert
with
a
so-called
yogurt
ice
cream
which
was
certainly
not
yogurt.
All
this
for
€375
for
three
people.
This
is
money
poorly
spent
and
a
waste
of
time
and
very
disappointing
for
our
godson.
We
weren’t
able
to
introduce
him
to
what
we
appreciate
in
gastronomy
😞
Reading
the
comments
from
other
disappointed
guests,
this
is
exactly
the
reality!
Shame
on
this
worn
out,
classless
and
proud
leader...
