Today
I
complained
to
the
library
administration
about
the
noise
in
the
common
room.
On
these
vicious
noisy
people.
The
secretary
on
the
floor
said
we
have
inclusiveness
here.
So
we
accept
everyone,
including
children.
I
insisted
that
the
library
is
not
a
place
for
noise,
since
the
sign
said
"Library".
I
asked
for
a
book
of
complaints.
The
secretary
called
the
administration,
cause
they
apparently
didn'twant
I
leave
complaint
in
this
book.
The
administration
comes
up
to
me
and
says
-
well
you
should
wear
now
headphones
and
you
can
ask
them
in
reception.
I
said
the
necessary
headphones
that
block
the
sound
professionaly
aren't
one
that
they
have,
since
they
aren't
private
library
and
it
is
too
expensive
for
them.
Then
administration
worker
said
"we
have
hours
for
training
from
6
to
10
pm".
I
felt
discriminated
because
of
my
good
hearing
aid.
It
is
ridiculous.
I
come
to
library,
not
in
a
Cultural
Center.
If
they
have
inclusiveness,
then
they
should
call
"CULTURAL
CENTER",
so
that
they
don't
confuse
visitors
who
comes
to
study.
They
definitely
need
to
see
what
is
definition
of
library
and
change
name.
Even,
at
least
if
they
called
LIBRARY,
they
should
have
the
same
number
of
hours
for
visitors
who
is
studing
in
quiet
space
as
for
any
random
people
then,
so
that
it
is
50/50.
And
then
the
administrator
like
:
"the
university
library
-
this
is
not
about
us".
Well,
but
why
haven't
you
written
that
you
are
not
a
university
library?
But
most
of
all
this
caxier
manager
in
second
floor
amazed
with
her
silly
statements
that
I
should
wear
headphones
coming
to
library.
P.S.
Everything
should
be
written
on
the
label
at
the
entrance.
The
sign
should
say
that
this
is
a
Cultural
District
Center,
not
a
Library.
They
have
a
lot
to
rethink
about
the
way
they
are
called,
cause
when
you
have
just
only
4
hours
a
day
in
calm
environment
for
people
to
study,
its
not
a
library
anymore
at
all,
so
rename
it
to
not
confuse
people!!!
Besides
for
those
who
study
should
be
separate
floor
whole
day
where
forbidden
to
talk
!
Otherwise
it's
discrimination
of
those
who
want
to
study
!
Lisbon
has
awful
situation
with
libraries,
it's
not
accessible
to
the
public,
even
national
library
has
only
12
sits
and
they
are
busy
all
day
!
If
I'm
not
university
student
and
have
no
money
to
pay
I
can't
even
find
place
to
study.
Seems
like
portugues
government
doesn't
just
want
people
to
be
educated.
