I didn't like the service from the staff. I went to one of the girls who responded and instead of helping, all she could do was say that they didn't have any and that there was only what was on display, instead of offering any alternative. With such an attitude, I went to the store right next to “ZU” where they were very friendly and resolved something that was not very difficult. It was certainly the first and last time I went there. I advise you to review the employees, as it seems that they are not the ones who are going to do the housework. There are a lot of people willing to work and do well. Thanks

We are a family who went to this store to buy food for our dogs. We chose a Friskies Puppy 18 Kg package that was marked at €37.99 at the midwife. In the box, the same item was priced at €69.99. The employee went with us to the same midwife to confirm the price of the item and when she got there, she grabbed the tag and moved it, claiming it was for the item next door. The same super unfriendly and arrogant employee refused to force the price of the marked item, which according to the law, is illegal. Even worse, the same item is available online on the store's website for €39.99. We really liked this store and so they lost four customers, as we ended up not buying anything and we certainly won't be back! Maybe this situation won't end here!

I didn't like the service. There were 4 employees leaning against a pallet of merchandise talking. I asked the same question twice and they didn't even notice me. It had to be a fifth member who was arriving and noticed that I was asking for help. Total lack of sympathy. After payment, I found the amount exaggerated and went to check the invoice. There was a mistake of 25 euros. I went back to the store to complain. As the payment was made by ATM, they didn't return the money right away, I had to wait 2 or 3 days for the money to reach my account. I had already placed an order online and the service and delivery was top notch but now visiting the store leaves no desire to continue being your customer.

I bought dog food at a store at a higher price than indicated on the website. Since it's the same store, shouldn't they have the same prices?

I loved the grooming and bathing service, the store has a huge variety and the employees were very friendly and approachable. I will certainly return.
