    I order things from Amazon from time to time. I have never had any issues with any other carrier. But everytime GLS is the carrier they never deliver the package, say its been sent back to sender and then I spend hours trynig to get to the bottom of it. How Amazon continues to use such an incompetent company I have no idea. I am not the only one who has issues with GLS.

    the worst delivery company ever? I had a message to say they attempted delivery at 21:31 yesterday but I was reading the message at 21:31, so do they have a time machine and they're able to defy the laws of physics? Having left a note on the doorbell (with my mobile number) that the delivery man claims to have rung I received no call. Difficult to see how he could have rung the doorbell without seeing the note which was still there after the allegedly called to delivery. One star because I can't give you no stars

    Pessoa mal educada , ameaçou não entregar a encomenda , e no fim ainda foi adicionar que eu é que era mal educada. Quando vinha pelas escadas a refilar que o cliente é que devia ir buscar a encomenda. Tocou a campainha de tal forma que acordou um bebé a dormir, que ficou em estado de pânico sem saber o que tinha acontecido. Claro que não é obrigada a saber , ninguém é. Mas pedir desculpa pelo incomodo em vez de dizer que nos é que a tratamos mal ficava lhe melhor. Tratasse de uma senhora, e tenho só mais uma coisa a acrescentar. Quando não estamos felizes no sítio em que estamos a melhor hipótese é pôr a cartinha e arranjar outro emprego.
