I made an appointment three days ago to remove my puppy’s needles at 10:30 today, but after I waited for an hour, they told me that they do not have a doctor to do this work. And I need to wait around 2 hours and it is very hot for my puppy (but I do not think it is difficult job to remove needles). In addition, their work is also worth noting. The puppy’s wound opened and became inflamed the next day after the doctor's treatment. In the end, we chose to go to another pet hospital and the problem was solved quickly. This hospital has no quality and no time concept.

The treatment, care and respect given by Alma have been wonderful by the veterinarians and the receptionists. They have been very professional and transparent at all times and I strongly recommend their services.

Worst exotic vet. Had a ferret with periodontal issues, asked a full check up to avoid any issues during the surgery. The vet didn't proceed with the check ups, namely the cardiac ones and killed my animal. If that is not enough ey don't assume the error and at least ask for excuses. To avoid.

The care for the animals is excellent, the conditions of the offices are very good, the place is very clean (always). The only thing I would say is negative is that it's a bit pricey.
