Spacious, cosy apartment. The staff at the reception was super nice, helpful and friendly. Elevator, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, air conditioning (hot and cold), TV, Wi-Fi.

Beware!! Our apartment had bedbugs! The management refused to refund our stay and had the nerve to try and blame the bugs on us (we had just barely checked in). Stay clear!!

Very spacious apartment in centralised location. Few mins walk to sao bento station and the river banks. Only cons is the excessive flooding from the showers and the inconsistent hot water (if you take long showers). Came in the winter (end Jan) and the water was ice cold during parts of the showers. However, we warmed up quickly from the air con/ heater in the room.

Very central, easy to reach everywhere. The apartment was very clean. Perfect for our group of 8 people. Lift available and reception was just near the front entrance.

This apartment is in a great location, very near to Rua das Flores and easily walkable around the city. Lovely staff at reception, clean and comfortable accommodation, with a lift, very handy if you have a lot of luggage, which we did as a family of four! We stayed in a 2br apt which was lovely with 2 floors, the only downside was the bathroom was downstairs, bedrooms upstairs and the stairs were quite steep. The bathroom was also very small for 4 people. Another toilet would have been handy. But all in all, would highly recommend.

Nice and comfortable place to stay. Good bathroom and kitchen. Close to ribeiro district and shops. Quiet location but yet close to the action. The explanation and overview given at the desk was really very helpful and appreciated.

Just two inconvenience : 1) Wifi is heavy unstable! Now, I've been staying at this apart hotel for four days. 2) absence of tea-bag or coffee stick. Even for the future guests, I wish the hotel manager would look at my review. I have to stay in this hotel for many days to come...... Hoping to stay happy!

TRAVELERS BEWARE! Someone went in without a sign of forced entry and took our valuables while we were sightseeing. The doors our locked via key card. It must have been an inside job. The property managers are not at all helpful. Its not only us who were victimize. Two Polish lady travelers who were staying on the different floor were also robbed the same time as ours. No CCTV at all. THIS PLACE SUCKs. Do not stay in this apartment.

Beware of this apartment!!!! We're booked from Feb to March 2 , 2023 We rented 1 unit with 3 bedrooms. On our 2nd day we went out for a city tour, a few hours when we came back , we were surprised that our rooms were ransacked, our belongings were scattered and upon checking some of our valuables were missing. Bags, wallet, gadgets etc. We immediately reported the incident to the property manager because suspectedly there is no forced entry. And the only way to enter is via key card. We were disappointed to the reactions of the property managers coz their only solution they offer was to go to the police station and report the incident. The place has no CCTV cameras, the main door has no double lock, all bedroom doors has no locks. The only way to get in is via key card. They even insisted that the last key that was logged in thru their system was from ours. Insinuating that we are making up a story. That's the most stupidest thing we heard from them. Then we went and proceed to the police station. The police who thank God speaks English is very helpful , he even apologizes to the incident not unlike those property manager guys. We told the details of the incident to the police and the officer is patient enough to go through all the details and write us a police report. Then a few minutes in the station came 2 Polish ( from Poland) women from the same apartment as ours but staying on the 1st floor are also filling same complaint as ours and almost the same time. Stolen items such as mobile phones, laptop etc.. it's a validation from our part and theirs that it must have been an inside job since there is no break in or forced entry. I hope that this will serve a warning to future travellers to be aware of this apartment and avoid booking or staying in this place. I also hope that the owner or the people managing this place be considerate to people like us because we are your clients, you should prioritize the safety of your clients. Install CCTV cameras within the vicinity, install double locks on doors and be wary on who comes and goes inside your apartment. Sorry but you tarnish our supposedly good if not best trip in Porto.

We got robbed inside our own unit apt with out any sign of force entry, we were group Of six and all our rooms was ransacked. Will attached pictures of all what happened: - no cctvs - main door are keycards and no locks inside - all rooms inside have no locks as well - admin not helpful - local police not helpful, we were referred to the tourist police - have attached the police report as proof - found out at the tourist police station that there were also guest on the same building who got robbed as well the same day filing a complaint
