I must say that I had an absolutely delightful experience trying out their signature dishes. One of my favorites was the kandabhaji, which was crispy on the outside and had a perfect blend of spices on the inside. The dish was served hot and was accompanied by a tangy chutney that complemented the flavors perfectly. Another dish that stood out to me was the misal, which was bursting with flavors and had just the right amount of heat. The combination of sprouts, farsan, and spices was simply amazing, and I loved the fact that it was served with freshly baked pav Last but not least, I must mention the kothmir vadi, which was a revelation. The crispy outer layer gave way to a soft and flavorful filling made of coriander, coconut, and spices. It was a perfect blend of textures and flavors and was a perfect ending to my meal. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Shree Datta Snacks Hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Maharashtrian snacks. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile, and I cannot wait to visit again.

Good place for all type of snacks. Service is very quick. Seating capacity need to increase. On holiday and weekend, people rush here. Taste is very good of all type of food. All Maharashtrian dishes are recommended to try and south indian dishes taste is average.

Quick tea break point on the busy Mumbai Ahmedabad Highway, just around Palghar. Very popular place. Breakfast, Gujarati Maharashtrian snacks best recommended. I tried the Aluwadi & Thaali peeth, both were full of flavour, fresh & hot. Buttermilk is wonderful as is the tea. Ambience is simple & clean, cutlery is steel & non air-conditioned. Pricing is in range of Rs. 50 to 200 per dish, which is very economical. Self service. Ample parking. They also have a counter for packed foods like sweets, wafers, Sev, ladoos, etc.

Same Shree Datta quality food in a spacious place with simple ambience. You need to pay at counter first and collect a receipt of items ordered. You need to present this receipt at the food counter and wait till your dish is ready. You have to carry the dish to your table and after finishing food to the collection area near wash basins.

Shree Datta Snacks is very famous for the varieties of maharashtrian sancks. If folks want to eat authentic maharashtrian cuisine, then one can visit this place. The quality & quantity of the food is great. The taste wise it is good. They serve many dishes which are very famous. Here, you have to do self service. The ambience is a bit good. The staff service is polite & courteous. They have a huge parking space so folks can park their car on the safer side. The food rates are very reasonable. Another spot of the shree datta chain on the NH48 stretch goin towards Bombay from Gujarat (at the manor junction). Please note there is one more joint by the same chain on the other side a few kms down the road if you are headed towards Gujarat. As with the other restaurants in the chain, this serves the usual Maharashtrian breakfast /lunch with the standard staples- vada pao, missal, sabudana vada etc. The vada pav never disappoints, freshly made, hot, crispy and the right flavour. The pav always soft. The missal is not so great but good none the less. The coffee and chai is good (there's bean coffee - very rare for a joint like this). This joint shares a common seating with a Bhagat Tarachand next door and has ample seating and parking available with a open seating. There is no table service, and you have to pay first and stand in line to get your order, though they tend to serve as quickly as they can. Deducting one star. As the space is right next to the start of the manor flyover, you might skip it if not careful. Definitely recommended for a break and hunger during your drive.

The restaurant boasts an open and clean kitchen with a self-service setup. However, the food quality is average and could use improvement. The ambiance falls below expectations, and the overall place is in need of maintenance.

Tried and tested options for snacks all day, just loved savoring sabudana vada, kothambir vadi & vada pav. Ample seating area, cleanliness at top notch, serving medium to non spicy and thus being kids friendly. Self service mode while items being freshly prepared may lead to increased wait time.
