Geyser does not work, AC does not work, TV does not work, when you call for booking, they promise lot of things but , it is all false promises. You don't get tea in the morning, breakfast provided after 10 am. Service is very poor. I traveled with my family with senior citizens and had a bad experience.

I had booked an AC deluxe room with balcony facing the river on the first floor. The rooms start from the first floor up till 3rd floor. They have a dining area on the ground floor. The building even though new, doesn't have an elevator system, which is a big problem for people who find it difficult to climb stairs. The intercom in the room doesn't work. Even though the room was air conditioned, I had to personally come down to the reception area on the ground floor and requested them multiple times before the AC was switched on. They do not provide the guests with drinking water. Shockingly the washroom doesn't have any windows or exhaust facility. This is very unhealthy. Their service is also pretty pathetic and the food menu doesn't have much variety. I will not recommend this hotel at all. Many other guests also had lots of problems in this hotel during our stay.

The place is just phenomenon... The location is heavenly, just at the banks of Ichamoti river. Other amenities are also available within the reach... The rooms are really clean and spacious. The service is also very good. The most noteworthy thing here is the food, exceptionally tasty items. If you're planning for stay at Taki, then you must book this guest house, I'm assuring that you'll feel it a worthy stay here. They have the online payment systems as well.

The hotel was very best in terms of economical, hygienic, polite staff and of course family-friendly environment. Staff was resourceful and helpful with all our needs. Their food variety was up to the mark, delicious cooking. It's a treat to eyes of guests as the riverside position make it easier to observe calm and peaceful river view. You can literally sit in balcony or room to watch the river for hours without getting bored. It is as of now slightly out of main attractions which ensured it to be less crowded. Hence, those who like to avoid too many people and just cherish the beauty they're suggested to go ahead avail the service of this hotel. We were a small group of young people who stayed for few hours and noticed their awesomeness. Hopefully you'll enjoy their hospitality full time with your family and friends.

* We stayed in the best room which is a deluxe room that cost 2000 Rs per night. It has a balcony from which you can see the Ichamati River. The room is okay. And the room number is 212. * The hotel staff were really helpful. They will manage everything if you ask for anything. * Food was good. We ate lunch, snacks and dinner. The fish items were good but a bit oily. Onion pokora was just mouthwatering. But French fries were not that great. * If you want to do local sightseeing from the hotel Toto rickshaw, per sightseeing they will charge 300 Rs.

Deluxe rooms are good that starts from 2000 per night for 2 adults, basic rooms though have a common river facing balcony but not up to the mark rates 1500 for double occupancy. I had to upgrade from basic to deluxe after checking in. Food are delicious but snacks items are worst. Staff's behavior very poor they will not even carry your luggage to the room. Parking space available. Hotel Toto service available for sight seen.

AC, TV, Geyser works perfectly. + Behaviour of all the staff are very polite, and helpful. + Lots of parking space at the hotel premises + They also provide accommodation for the driver + You can book Toto from the hotel reception for sightseeing - Route to reach the hotel can be confusing, do not trust the Google map. You need to come to the Rajbari Ghat, to get to the hotel.

Large luxurious rooms are well positioned and clean..view of the river Ichhamati from our room-109 was awesome.. Food was delicious..snacks items were also well made. Staff behaviour was very good and room service was prompt and neat. Car Parking space is available. They should improve the quality of water supplied in the bathroom..it looked muddy and smelled "iron-like"

Rooms are decent but overpriced. Service is horrible. Ordered drinking water at the time of check in which is around 1 pm and finally got it at 10 pm. Slept without pillow cause they don't have extra pillow for 1 person. You have to buy everything individually for lunch and dinner. Not recommended.

Good hotel, fooding is little costlier, interior is good, well maintained, but water leakage in ac was just irritating. View from balcony or from room window is fantastic. Parking is available. If you want to spend one or two day you can stay here and enjoy nearby sightseeing.Ichamati river and Bangladesh is main attraction, the place is historical too. Local toto drivers will tell you the story of this town.

This hotel's location and food is just wow. Try desi chicken and mutton there .. its amazing. Staffs are friendly, restaurant serving is slow, but its ok .. not a big deal. Rooms are basic, but new and clean .. You can almost lean into the river from the rooms. The 24×7 breeze is just awesome. Best place to enjoy with family without burning cash in Taki.

It was a good experience but their maintenance work is going on. The new building is better. All the decorations are quite good. Rooms are beautiful. Buy old building room bathroom is small. Front sided rooms are good view of ichamati. Location is 👍 good. Just 2 min walk from rajbari ghat and parking this available.

The hotel location is superb. You can get the view of ichamoti river from the room itself. They do have separate balcony and private balcony according to rooms.. Food is moderate price is ok. Property has car parking. 5 mints walking from main ghat. Has geyser and ac facility. Washroom is small. They have 2 bedded and 4 bedded rooms. In 4 bedded rooms 6 person can be alloted easily.

Awesome place to stay at Taki. While 90% of other properties are 100 mtr far from the Icchamati river, this one is just on the shore of the river and gives a tremendous beautiful view of the the river and Bangladesh. The rooms are really nice, nice staff and has good food options to choose from!

The rooms are spacious as well as very clean and organised. We didn't needed service too much so 4 star is safe imo. And the location is absolutely marvellous. Most of the rooms are river view. It's river - 6 feet road - Hotel. On top of that the is very delicious.

Excellent location, and pocket friendly; staff generally good, but need to be more professional to cater to upscale clients. The room AC took hours to give you some comfort. Linen and wash room were ok. Food was home type, and decent. But on the first night one of the two staffs, tried to be smart and knocked the door thrice and after being shouted back didn't dare to repeat. He took advantage of a blind space not seen in CC TV camera, and also the time difference between India and Bangladesh, as Mobile phones gave Bangladesh time half hour ahead. The rooms facing the river front gives excellent panoramic view. The entrance is a dit doggy with bikes and scooter parked on two sides. Overall enjoyable experience.
