First of all There is no service lift available, for any kind of furniture shifting. next is maintainanc, Very poor maintenance service. For a single work we have to go to their office 10-12 times or call them 1000 times, and *that is our biggest mistake that we go to them for service*. They charged 5k as maintenance charge but we do not get any maintenance benefits. And *extremely rude maintenance staff/ officer* and their behaviour just like inhuman, in the name of work they come home and insult the house member with their harsh words.

The residential complex is very beautiful with great amenities. It is pleasurable to have an apartment in such an extravagant living condition. The only drawback is communication to the main city as it takes a long time to commute. The great view of the river Ganges from the top floors is very soothing.

Eden City is located in Maheshtala on Budge Budge Road. Project is away from crowd of city however most of the flats are either vacant or buyers do not stay here. Very rare public transport available for commuting to the city. Flats have very small rooms and lacks open as well as common space on floors. Projects near Joka are much more modern with ample of amenities as well as better connectivity with other parts of the city.

Eden city complex remained really special for Maheshtala residents. Being the first project of satellite town, Legend Maradona inaugurated the complex, hence became really popular while sharing its location moderately far from Main Kolkata. Traffic issue of Budge budge. Trunk road is now also addressed by building Sampriti Flyover. And by the completion of Calcutta Riverside, this area will gain extra popularity.

Beautiful location, Great ambiance, best for family, auto and bus easily accessible, good place to plan a future...

This is a big complex. Internal roads are well maintenance a looking very good. All flats are hights about (G+14) with neats & cleans.

Well organised.. well maintained... best possible security services... peaceful environment.... feel the difference after a busy daily routine when you are returning at home... the garden of Eden..... just feel it... experience it.. definitely you will be happy...

The green spaces and landscaping within Eden City Maheshtala are a refreshing sight. It's a wonderful place to live amidst nature.
