The new store which is just at the left of the old one is less than half in it's size. The collection of books and songs/movies etc has drastically reduced. Now it is a mere glorified stationary shop. Selling accessories, pens, pads, school bags, water bottles and decoration items. The staff, however, remains as courteous as before and has been one of the reasons for us being repeat purchasers.

Starmark is love for all book lover people. It is not a bookstore. Here you will get a large variety of books and much more like drawing instruments, pen, pencils like many stationary things you will get. This is a beautiful place for shopping. A very elegant and classy place. The ambience and environment are very pleasant. This is the special highlighted place for book lovers. They have a huge book collection. If you are a book lover then there is no doubt that you will love this place. They have guiter, books, everything related to crafting. Also, there is a very nice collection for kids. Kids school bag, water bottle, toy etc. They have a huge diary section. I'm a big fan of the diary collection of StarMark. Staffs are very cooperative. Picture clicking is not allowed inside, if you want then please take permission from the store. This is my personal opinion that please come here once for gaining a very beautiful your experience.

Love there collection always... From books to toys to gift items love them all. They also have electronic items, some musical instruments, various bags, storage, tiffin boxes, water bottles etc. There is huge collection of art materials likes brushes, colors, pencils along with other stationary items like notebooks, notepads, pens etc.. Happy place to visit... they have wonderful collections of craft work items, games, a wide range of books- be it for todlers or for grown ups... excellent bags from Swayam are available and Zouk bags too... you can also find some of the international Pen brands and exotic chocolates here. Sa Re Ga Ma Caravaan and Alexa are also there. And the small guitar along with the bigger ones will definitely catch your eye.

Good books & stationery chain having varied stock. Wish more classic books in bengali. Delighted to see return of stock (however small) of famous toy brands like lego, hotwheels, etc after corona epidemic.

It's a nice place to visit and get all the required staff for the students, who make different craft items, some nice collections of books, pens and one can also get there some wide variety of colors , pencils & craft papers.

Previously I used to visit this place for different types of books new collection. But, this place gradually became an arena of gifts for all occasions. Some high value exceptionally beautiful gifts are also available here. Starmark is really a mark of excellence.

Still the best book store overall to be found in a Kolkata mall. I have been touring this exact spot for over 11 years since the time it was initially a Crossword venue. Discovered a lot of unique authors here. They have a nice art station as well.

It's a great place for stationary items, books. Can find all kinds of files, pens, art supplies and so on. Price is slightly on higher side but reasonable and worthy .I visited their Mani square and CC1 counters, both are good.. but Mani Sq. One is bigger and better.

Good collection of fiction, history, biography, children's books, toys plus school supplies. I go here often. Whenever I get tired of e readers and long for the feel of real paper... Good ambience. The sales persons are unobtrusive. Buying experience is good...no lengthy Q's.
