I have Bought a 43" inch Sony TV . It has a dead pixel on its screen. I request them to change the model but at first they refuse to change & they changed that after 1.5 months with very rude behaviour. Recently I have bought a Haier AC. I have told them that I want Vertical Swing in the machine. They said that it is available in the model. When technician installed it, vertical swing was not present. I told them about it then 'The Lady' who told me that it is present, She denied that & use slang language for me. She told me 'Harami' & many other things. If anyone wants to buy anything from great eastern please go to Santragachi Great Eastern. In Uluberia Great Eastern, the sales persons & the manager behaves very rudely. I have the proof of call recording.

This is the worst branch of the Great Eastern Trading Company, keeping in view the service provided by the other branches of this company. This branch has a very poor stock of products. Moreover you must face the unprofessional behaviour of the salesmen. They always insist you to buy the products they have at that moment. Again they make unnecessary delay regarding the delivery of the product. If there is any gift item with the product you buy, they say that the gift item is out of stock. I myself got the delivery of a product after 12 days from the buying of it. I had to call them a number of times for this and every time they assured me that the product would be delivered within a couple of days. The delivery men also makes you feel uncomfortable by asking for tips at the time of delivery.

Great Eastern is a good mobile, fridge, and AC shop. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they were able to answer all of my questions. However, I found the prices to be a bit high. Overall, I would give this shop 3 stars

Never buy any electronics product from Great Eastern electronics. They will False promises but after selling the product they will forget everything. No customer service at all. I had purchased a Hitachi AC from GE Uluberia store 3 months ago, they had promised me to provide 4 free service but they have not called me neither regarding service nor for any product feedback. I have to call HITACHI customer care for service. This is not expected at all when a customer expenses huge amount of money for buying a product from a store, then the store should have the responsibility to provide support to the customers time to time.

I have very bad experience.. I had to wait for extra 2 hours for the finance team... Behavior is too bad 👎.....Delivery men also make you feel uncomfortable asking for tips during delivery.
