I got my first dose of Covishield vaccine here today. The service was impeccable, and the cost was Rs. 850. I did not have to wait long for my turn. The place is clean & not crowded. Great experience overall. If you do get a slot here via Cowin, don't hesitate to come & get vacccinated. They are only doing vaccination for the 18-44 age group as of now.

Test facilities are average. But behaviour of receptionist is so bad that i shall not go this test centre again. I reached there in test centre at 8.05 hrs as advised during appointment booking. After arriving receptionist asked me to wait there at ground floor and they will call me when required. After some time i confirmed. They threw the sentence 'why you are asking again and again. Jst seat there'. After 45 minutes, i went to counter again they asked me to go 1st floor for test. I went there and saw that it was 45 minutes late, all other persons came latter, lined before me. On asking receptionist, she told me 'you are telling lie, u did not come 8.05 hrs.' I was spellbound. I thaught may be there was mistaken to see watch. Then I remembered about message to wife done by me from what's app on arrival of test centre. Yes, it was 8.05hrs. also ola notification received at 8.02 hrs after arrival destination. According to receptionist i was saying lie to cover their faults or mistake.. it was not expected from appollo medical center garia haat. Also, they did not helped to get soft copy of test results. They directly refused to help to get test reports. Even they did not tell about the website of from which reports can be downloaded. Fortunately I have found that and downloaded it for future reference. Please don't go appollo for health checkup. Experience will not be good.

Took my parents for Doctor's visit. Situated at a proper location. Clean premise. Paid Parking available outside. Doctor checkup and tests both available here.

My first visit in the day care unit Urology Deptt. Some tests were recommended by the doctor meanwhile more tests felt necessary accordingly I requested floor manager Ms Subhashree Gupta for modification. But her behavior was like a dictator and she was not ready to hear anything. This type of service force you to think that you have commited a mistake to visit here and you should not visit here again. I strongly condemn the behaviour of Ms Subhashree Gupta.

My husband was here for a hernia operation n we were treated very well from arrival to appointments to tests to admission etc. The staff were polite efficient n helpful n their superb training was evident. The room n amenities were excellent n the food too. The doctors nurses, house keeeping n f&b looked after us superbly. Thank you.

Went for an emergency doctor appointment , all the medical center staff supported and made sure everything is as smooth as butter. The staff also routed to the doctor perfectly! The whole process was done within 10 mins itself. Doctors are amazing no doubt. The facility has pharmacy ( a little slow. ) but yes, very effectively working. There are food available outside too. The place has perfect surroundings. Thank you Apollo!

Unprofessional behaviour,lack of knowledge regarding doctor's appointment,no support in emergencies and argues with the patient are the demerits. Misguided by the receptionist regarding doctor's appointment that causes harassment for the patient those who comes from out of Kolkata.

Extremely crowded on weekends for the employment check ups and the health packages sold over near buy app. They have all the facilities more or less, but the crowd management has to be better. Since every package check up includes USG and there is only a small washroom, it turns extremely dirty. For male females it is one unit only.

Very nice place to get your testing done as its neat and tidy… Economical charges, and prompt results… The xray and blood tests are very well done.

They are concerned only with money and nothing else... When they want to get their patients admitted, they will receive your calls and talk to you with patience. Now when you finish your payment and have undergone treatment, they'll totally ignore you and tell you that they're always busy. Both the doctors and attendants are very careless. Sajit and aparna are worthless.. And docs will act always busy when they are finished taking money from you. So be careful and don't opt for surgeries unless it's absolutely necessary... For they could cause permanent damage to your body and mind

Today I visited this medical center for my corporate vaccination drive. There is no parking lot available for visitor or patients. Securities are not available at gate to guide you. Later once you entered inside and park the car they didn't tell anything. But while entering for vaccination in room they told to take the car out, it hardly take 5min for vaccination done. All Staff behaviour is very good and helpful except security staff.

i cannot for the life of me figure out just how a hospital like apollo can be so godawfully horrible and lamentable. all they're upto is embezzling every last thread of your pocket. it's beyond disgusting- no superlatives can quite convey exactly how horrendous this hospital is.

Apollo Gariahat is the most unique place in Kolkata to get a covid 19 vaccine. I will guide you step by Step. Step 1 > You have to collect your token from entry gate. Step 2> After the collection of your token you can't enter the main building. They have arranged a temporary waiting room just outside the main gate with proper sitting arrangements, you have to wait there. Step 3> They will call you accordingly and after that you will be able to enter the main building. Step 4> Next the registration process with your AADHAR card and 1st dose certificate ( it's mandatory bcz they will not proceed further if you are unable to show them the vaccination certificate during your second jab). Step 5> Then the usual billing process. Step 6> Then you have to go upstairs on their 1st floor for vaccination.Step 7 > Now you are ready to fight against corona after their so soothing vaccination program.They are so efficient that you will get your vaccination certificate related sms before you left their premises.They will charge ₹780 for covieshield and apart from hard copy they will send you a soft copy of the bill ( covieshield= ₹780) to your registered mobile number via sms. I'm simply amazed to see their service and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I must say that this Apollo Medical Center Gariahat is good however today's experience is horrible. I took my mother who is an oxygen patient for ENT check-up. When i asked for doctor's contact number they refused. I couldn't make them understand that my mother cannot sit for long hours so please allow me to have a word with the doctor. The coordinator was extremely rude and impatient. She was more busy with the billing process. This kind of mis communication is not appreciated.

Would have given a single star rating had it not been for my family's more than a decade of history visiting this clinic in Gariahat. Their staff is friendly and some excellent doctors can be found there. However be wary...very wary....of some of the pathological tests that are done here. The doctors and lab technicians don't know what they are doing and rather than accepting it, they will generate bogus reports!! Much better options are available nearby. Just because you visited a good doctor there doesn't mean you have to conduct the lab test there itself...

They have rendered me excellent service. Both their service & behaviour have been spledid. In future also I look for their co-operation and doctors are really helpful.

They invest heavily in the latest diagnostic devices and are always ahead in the game especially in the radiology arena(like 384 slice CT etc.) ..Great team of doctors and polite operations staff... I am a regular monthly customer.. The service is great But I got very very very poor experience on query on landphone line.. Don't know they were not responded and after trying min 10time every time they kept muted after receiving call..!! Can't expected this type of service from this busy and emergency shop..!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎😐😐😐😐 I think stuffs who were at that time are not professional and aware of this valuable system..!! Don't know who Recruiting this kind of staff in this great foundation!!! Because of them total system got bad impression for 1 or 2 irresponsible recruitment and irresponsible people who are hardly eligible for this service working there..!!

Wonderful experience. All the staff, the attendants, the nurses at the Day care facility are so helpful and courteous. I am greatly indebted to each one of them. It would be improper if I do not mention the practising Doctors. The search of a good and dependable Doctor ends here. Dr. Tapas Paul, Dr. Debashis Ray and several other Doctors are here. I have never met any such helping and knowledgeable Doctors like them. My heartfelt gratitude to them, specially Dr. Paul. Thank you so much.

Unable to contact with hospital. Given number is not responding. Already covid vaccine slot book done. Need some help for direction and something else. Not unable to contact with them. For those people who didn't know about route map it's very difficult for them to go there.

Today, I met with a shocking incident at the Apollo Medical centre Gariahut. Being a medical representative at a reputed organization, we generally visit the centre for our meetings with the doctors. The security and housekeeping stopped me for not using the toilet. They told me that the medical representative can't use the toilet. These are simple basic rights to use toilet and provide drinking water. Surely, I will never recommend the centre to my loved ones because of this inhuman incident from the staff. This is sheer act of discrimination.

The experience is amazing. Apollo had some of the best doctors and one of them is currently checking my mother. I am very satisfied with the services.

Doctors are good but there are mostly bunches of bokachoda staff.atleast teach them minimum etiquette !!

The quality of services are good. The chairs in the waiting lounge are cheap quality and uncomfortable on which relatives are expected to use for 4-5 hours at a time. Get some better chairs.

I had my cataract operation done under Dr Tapash Paul. They have the world class equipments. . Doc on the operation table asked me to listen to the music which was being played.. by 30min the job was over.. without any pain. Doc. gave restrictions only for 48 hrs.. Then he checked and found his operation in order. He lifted all restrictions. But the power will be given after a month. With an foldable and injectable Irish lence thr total cost came to INR 42500/-.THE ENTIRE team of the hospital is nice and all went in a clock wise perfection. Oh I forgot to mention.. got admitted at 8-3oam.. was released at 1145 am..... I started believing... Jam kishise kam nehi hai... we are world class in so many respects.

Apollo Gariahat is my go to place for all tests. .very clean very quiet and very efficient.so I went to Apollo Gariahat yesterday to enquire about the procedure for an RT PCR test..the front desk guided me to the collection room where blood samples are taken for various blood tests. On enquiring about the RT PCR test I was informed by the technicians that the sample would be "Home Collection" and I cod get the report at the front desk in the evening..but I was taken aback when the lab technician quoted a rate of Rs.1350/..when the West Bengal Government has set the rate for private testing at Rs950/ test why was the extra amount charged..Also it was stipulated payment MUST be made by cash.!! That was the clincher!! Its an obvious scam run by the lab technicians aided and abetted by the Apollo Gleneagles Medical Clinic at Gariahat and they should be reported to the authorities for overcharging unsuspecting patients

my husband was taken for treatment. got admitted treatment was good. charges too high, was suprised to see that the hospital charges for N 65 masks as in covid protocol wen i questioned that i did not receive any mask how come it is added in my bill i was given a very silly answer the masks is for the doctors-guys think each mask cost 100 rs. if there are 30 patients in one ward 30 * 100 = 3000 for one N 95 MASK. wow other than this rest everything is good we must say that hosptials are earning awesome

Worst doctor and worst hospital. I was admitted in June 2020 with seizures attack. I was in bad condition and any how emergency ward doctor saved me. I had kidney failure. After week dr asked us that we need to do kidney biopsy to know the reason for kidney failure. My hemoglobin was 4.7 when I was admitted in hospital. So the kidney biopsy was done by Dr Usha Goenka. Just after 3-4 days of biopsy I had a severe abdomen pain and then I came to know there is internal bleeding as kidney biopsy was not done properly. I was again shifted to ICU. I was critical again. Then the embolization was done to protect internal bleeding and that was also performed by Dr Usha Goenka. She failed in this process also and I was still bleeding. Internal bleeding was so much that Dr had to remove my kidney in which biopsy was performed. From that they my life was so difficult to live . I was in ventilator because of Dr Usha Goenka. She was rude to hear my problem even and when my family member approached she shouted on them saying we try our best. Any how I survived due to Dr Vinay Mahendra. When we came out and made a research then came to know that there was mistake in kidney biopsy and by removing the kidney they actually killed the evidence against them. I was in hospital for 50days and they made the bill of 45lakhs. There are lot more stories but I will suggest don’t come to this hospital.

This hospital is nothing but a place where all your money is spent and you get nothing. Doctors are worst, negligent and in super attitude. They plan how to prepare person’s death day. Dr Usha Goenka, Dr Manish Jain, Dr Mahesh Goenka, they are reputated doctors with zero knowledge. Can do anything for money. If you want to get your beloved one fit and fine never ever visit this hospital or I can say with my personal experience take them out of Kolkata.

Disgusting place!!!! Horrible and extremely rud staffs totally unprofessional! Doctors are useless and management are even worse! We had appointment at 4.20pm by the time they called us for checkup was after 7pm which is absolutely disgusting, unacceptable and filthy!!! I hate this place and will not recommend this rubbish place to anyone!

Today I went with my parents for routine checkup from apollo hospital, gariahat, leela ray sarani, I faced a very bad n rude behavior from an eye specialist Dr. (Mrs.) Bindra. My father has a problem in speech n hearing I told her about the problem but still she misbehaved with my father and my mother as well. I don't know whether she had any moral ethics or compassion towards her patients but today it was a horrible experience. So in my opinion please do not visit Dr. Bindra (eye specialist). She doesn't know how to behave with patients. The staffs are nice and helpful.

I went to Apollo Ballygunge clinic branch. Horrible customer service. In the cowin app it has been slot is available hence i booked and went there but there the receptionist says please wait for sometime as the portal is lagging. So I waited and after sometime I asked them again and this time he gave more excuses like says he cannot tell me specific time until when the portal will open, neither there is any person to assist nor vaccine stock is available. Well according to customer point showing up there and waiting is total waste of time and energy. When the stock is not there then why to show online in cowin app and also service should also be proactive rather being so lethargic. Very disappointing behaviour and false information.

Pathetic!! They will make you wait for hours n hours, they do not value your time. If you visit please keep aside all your work for the day. Pathetic!!!!!

We are very much satisfied with all the facilities and services rendered by the staffs over here. Specially from Doctor , nurses and administration housekeeping . department all are caring. From front office department I want to say about Ms. KASTURI and Ms. SANGEETA they are very efficiently handled our all queries. All the best.
