the reception and management is very poor, they don't have sense of timing! my appointment was on 9pm they called me at 6, i reached timely. But they were sitting without going through the billing part, and they can't say when Dr. will start check up. they wasted about an hour . they had attitude problem don't even know how to speak with customers/patients. they think, they are the big big degree holder and Doctorates and sitting over the table doing charity!! really the receptionist need to be trained well

Very wrost service ever. Doctor & nurse both are non experience.Suddenty I was suffering pain in my lower abdomen after visiting there Doctor even could not identify its resion. For emergency they given me a injection & after one week this area( where they inject medicine) became stiff very badly.and it's was getting very pain. Now consultanting another doctor she said this problem can be solved only by any experience surgeon doctor. So people you are requesting don't visit there, to save your money, time. Don't compromise your health. Don't trust those Unexpirience doctor and as well as nurse. They don't deserve one star also. Very bad experience ever👎

Very old & not maintained properly, I'll behaved receptionists & Mandhata Amaler arrangement. Long ques for patients no adequate seating place.

BRWS is situated at a good location. It is very easily reachable from patuli, garia and all other places, as it situated at the junction of Raja Subodh Chandra Mullik road and E. M. Bypass Link road. You can avail allopathy as well as homeopathy treatment here. All sorts of blood test, X-ray, E. C. G and many other tests are done here. Behavior of all staff are very good and polite.

Seriously in this hospital manager dont know how to behave or talk to people They are rude try another hospital for your parents..

Very wrost service

Located at a prime location. The hospital is very small with only 2 chambers for doctors. Needs lot of improvement on hygiene and cleanliness. Doctor and staffs are good and well mannered and they spoke quite nicely with me. Donno how the medical test services are. Or whether that was my luck day that everyone treated me quite nicely. 😊

ONLY ANM TRAINEE NURSES. NO PROPER HYGINE HOSPITAL PLACE, INSTRUMENTS ARE VERY OLD. IT IS NOT MODERN AND WELL EQUIPPED HOPITALS AT ALL

"Business without a human face" Exceptionally poor service. No exception even for permanent customers. The center staff mentioned that 80% payment was mandatory for undergoing any test. I said that just take the blood I will immediately get back with the cash. However, the receptionist was not in any mood to listen. In the past I had always made full payment before the test. Today, unfortunately I was not carrying so much cash. Still not acceptable. My husband had to run to the scene and make the payment. The center staff agreed that they know each of my family members by face and has also visited my house to collect test samples. Still they did not help because it was "Management's decision". Not sure what the management is trying to enforce. This is complete lack of trust on customers.

Pathologycal test one of the worst although the founder of this hospital is too bad miss behave,he pressurised to doctor for reffer more pathologycal test. I personally knew him.

As per my experiences nursing behavior good .but management are not inform parents condition .dut not give better suggestions and try to hold the pacent to their custody . When know about your parents then you fill its too late for better tritment to go for other hospital .
