Not
a
good
experience
at
all,
while
visited
there
for
blood
tests,
However
the
hospital
is
neat
and
clean,
with
co-operating
and
soft
spoken
staffs.
I
went
to
this
hospital
for
the
first
time
and
when
I
entered
I
asked
the
reception
lady
about
the
tests..
she
guided
me
correctly
and
booked
the
tests.
When
I
went
to
the
cash
counter
I
had
to
wait
for
long
for
payment.
After
that
I
was
made
to
wait
again
for
more
than
10
mins
for
the
phlebotomist
to
come
from
heaven..here,
I
would
like
to
say
that
there
was
only
me
waiting
for
him
and
no
other
patient
was
there
for
blood
tests.
The
REAL
PROBLEM
came
when
the
phlebotomist
tried
to
pull
out
blood
from
my
vein.
At
this
point,
I
would
like
to
make
it
clear
that
I
have
tested
my
blood
at
several
diagnostic
centres
and
there
has
not
been
any
problem,
which
I
faced
here.
The
phlebotomist
could
not
find
the
vein
properly
even
after
diagnosing
with
his
finger
for
couple
of
minutes
and
thereafter,
injected
the
needle
at
wrong
place.
After
this
he
moved
the
needle
here
and
there
and
finally
was
able
to
pull
out
blood
with
a
very
feeble
flow
of
it.
This
incident
later
caused
little
internal
bleeding
in
that
area
which
resulted
red
marks
in
the
region
and
it
sustained
for
atleast
for
a
week.
All
this
happened
because
of
lack
of
his
experience
in
this.
and
I
am
very
astonished
to
see
that
a
hospital
which
is
trying
to
establish
itself,
has
apppointed
technicians
like
this.
I
would
like
to
give
one
small
suggestion
to
the
management,
if
I
may.
Many
will
visit
your
unit
for
the
first
time
and
if
his
/
her
experience
is
like
this,
they
may
reconsider
their
decision.
Hence,
the
management
have
to
very
careful
in
this
as
they
are
dealing
with
people's
life.
It
is
a
very
good
cause
that
they
have
taken
initiative
to
save
humans
through
establishing
a
modern
hospital
like
Nabanir,
as
our
area
really
lacks
such
thing.
However,
they
have
to
personally
have
a
check
on
the
experience
and
knowledge
of
the
people
they
are
hiring.
I
do
not
have
any
complain
against
them,
though
I
felt
like
sharing
my
experience.
Regards.
