This is not a hospital - this place kills people. My very own brother died in this hospital because the facilities, staff, doctors, didn’t care about him. They are murderers. This is not a made up review, this is 100% true story which happened just 3 weeks ago. Simple ear surgery, minor procedure. Took 2 hours longer than required and doctor gave no explanation why. After the surgery, nobody cared about patient complaining about pain, breathlessness. No doctors onsite. Ignored the patient pleas. And then they said he had a cardiac arrest. He was only 39. My brother died. For no reason, only that the hospital didn’t care. He died. And then they tried to take him to ICU. After he was done. He was already dead , they took him to ICU, tried to revive him by pumping his heart but of course it was way too late. Imagine - he went in for a very minor ear surgery, and he had a cardiac arrest. Does that make any sense?! There is no correlation. No it doesn’t, because this hospital and doctor killed him. This hospital will pay for this. Many families have been destroyed because of this. This is not a hospital. I don’t even want to get into what happened after in terms of dealing with the corpse, but this place is inhumane. This place needs to be shut down immediately. Legal action is already in pursuit. So don’t go anywhere near this hospital.

Absolutely terrible hospital and diagnostic centre. Took an appointment for 5:30pm and was made to wait for over 2 hours. When I asked them regarding the appointment, the lady in the front desk started shouting saying she didn’t personally take the schedule. Third grade staff. Horrific to think they are responsible for the life and death of patients.

Undoubtedly the worst with no management skills & zero disregard for people coming for a checkup. The wait time will be infinite long & going by other reviews, yeah this place deserves all the hate. Kindly do not bring your people here. Let the place rot down to closure.

Highly disappointing experience. Arrived at 12 o'clock at the noon for spine MRI. Took the patient in at 4:30 pm. But couldn't complete due to some technical issues in their machine. Then, had to wait till 8 pm for the second chance. They don't have any idea about how the machine works or something. They don't even have any backup when the machine is faulty. And, most importantly not the slightest honesty towards the patients. Each time they claimed to complete the remaining test within 10-15 minutes, it took at least an hour to finish. It is highly advisable that you should take full information if the machine is working fine at all or not.

It’s been exactly 30 days since I have lost my husband, my 9 year old daughter her father and my in laws their beloved son *Mr. Pawan Bhambani* age 39. He had an ear infection, & was consulting *Dr Manoj Agarwal ENT* specialist of Kolkata who asked him to get his ear surgery done at urgency or else the infection would spread to his brain. Dr Manoj Agarwal (ENT) insisted the operation to be held at *Health Point Nursing Home* as it had all the necessary equipments required for the operation & that he along with his team, which included *Anaesthetist Dr. G. Jana*, regularly performed there. It was decided that the operation would take place on 11th May 2018 & Dr. Manoj Agarwal (ENT) also took his operation fees in advance. On May 11th 2018 operation was done and at 4.45 pm Pawan was brought out of the operation theatre & Dr Manoj Agarwal (ENT) had informed my family that the surgery was successful & that patient was restless due to the effect of anaesthesia. Dr Manoj Agarwal left Health Point Nursing Home immediately even though the patient had been complaining of a severe back pain and was restless. Pawan was shifted to his room. He kept on complaining about the back pain and pain in his left arm but the Nurses at Health Point Nursing Home did not give a heed neither was there a doctor who could attend to him. Soon he became breathless & very restless & his blood pressure started to fall until finally he collapsed. The RMO then came running but did not know what to do in such a situation of emergency. It took more than 10 minutes for the Staff of Health Point Nursing home to shift him from the room to ICU which did not have any proper equipment. He had a cardiac arrest & then put on a ventilator. The hospital and staff were not equipped to handle this situation. Even after his death his body was mishandled by the staff as no proper person was available to pack the body so that we could take it home. This was a pure case of negligence of Dr Manoj Agarwal {ENT}, his team and Health Point Nursing Home. The reason for sharing this today on Facebook is not to get any RIP messages. All I want people is to share this information so that people don’t go to *Health point Nursing Home hospital or to Dr Manoj Agarwal (ENT) as they might suffer the same fate as we did. I have managed to write this with a lot of courage.* Please Share !!! Bhavna Bhambani & Friends and Bhambani Family

I went to collect the diagnostic urine report of my daughter at 730 pm on 29th October . The lady in the counter said that the counter was closed and asked me to return the next day very rudely. The diagnostic counter is open till 8pm. And I have earlier collected reports after 745 pm. However this lady was very rude and was ready to rush back home early with no empathy for the patient

Sorry state of affairs. Over charging in every aspect from diagnostic to services if any. No or non existent medical support. From TV to Ceilling fan and ACs, none is maintatined. Patient relatives has to follow up with the management and staff to get basic things fixed in cabin rooms. Charges are of five star hotel rooms with services worst than a roadside dormatory.

Pathetic experience. I was here with my father 61yrs of age for MRI fistulogram. The appointment was fixed for 4.30 pm but my father was taken inside for the preparation only by 6'o clock. No value for someone's time being taken seriously. The staff at the reception were only delaying things and refused to comment, delaying the procedure. The lady doctor sitting inside was also rude, she along with the staff were rude and unprofessionally behaved. There is only one washroom which is unisex, totally unhygienic. The worst part which I disliked the most is the way the doctor behaved with my dad, she had all the previous reports but still she asked the location where the pain is, my dad politely replied saying it's on the right lower end and mentioned that everything is in the report. She commented - "the doctor can be wrong, that is why I am asking you verbally". Being a son I somehow controlled my emotions as I respected her profession. Overall a not so pleasant experience, no apologies from the management but they will treat you as if they are doing a favour. They also have a nursing home and you will find their patients jumping the que and being attended before- no point of taking an appointment if you do not wish to adhere the schedule.

This Hospital kills patients. Hospital doctors don't know how to treat patients.. doctor and management of hospital want extra money for treatment. They give patient wrong meds then they demand to pay the charge of the medicine when my friends family opposed them why we pay the charge of wrong medicine then they behave very bad with friends family and give threat they will not give medicine to patients.. Because of this negligence of your hospital and doctors my friends family member died .. I suggest everyone not to go in this hospital..

Very bad experience, no PICU bed, no ventilator for emergency. And very bad behavior.. Very bad experience, bad behavior, receptionists are not helpful and no PICU (pediatric)bed for any emergency. We took a 4 month old baby (breathing problem and very high fever 105°F ) but they sent us back without any treatment. Such a very bad hospital. 👎

Extremely unprofessional hospital, they charge 8times cost for doing a simple injection, compared to other nearby centres like Pulse Diagnostics. They wanted 800 for a single injection push, whereas generally 100/200 is charged in even big hospitals like Medica.

Good place for X Ray, USG, CT Scan. charge is little bit on higher side for example for NCCT KUB charge is around 4000. Though the place is clean and accessibility is very good. Just near Minto park, Belle Vue clinic, SSKM Hospital everyplace within 2 KM radius. Their waiting time is also less. But that may be due to Covid 19 situation.

Very very bad experience. My Grand uncle was admitted yesterday as an emergency as he apparently had a stroke. They couldn't do a MRI as apparently he was not still, could not put a Ryles tube and did not give any food or medicine since yesterday. The only thing that they could do was conduct a CT scan where they were unable to find anything. My Granduncle was supposed to have a dialysis, they initially mentioned they'll do it today morning, then said afternoon and then evening. Finally we shifted him to some other nursing home. But the damage that has been done in these 2 days by them by not giving any medication may never be reversed.

The pantry n house keeping staff need to be reprimanded for begging for tips and come collectively to shamelessly ask for tips. The authorities can check via their cctv footage. A whole bunch of them insisted that they had worked. Is the nursing home not paying a salary to them? The suite room had cobwebs in d corners. In these pandemic times, cleanliness should be of utmost importance. The nurses of 5th floor were helpful. Thanks!

My mother had a knee fracture and I wanted to admit my mother for a surgery under Dr. Arijit Roychowdhury and his recommended orthopedic surgeon Dr. PK Pujari. My mother has been a patient under Dr. Chowdhury and he is an excellent doctor no doubt. I have 100% trust on him. But the hospital management is very bad. Previously they had confirmed doctor and me that they are tied up with National Insurance and Medsave, third party agent. The name was in the site itself. Later they denied their tie up with Medsave and after complaining, they just removed Medsave from Website. Only reimbursement possible. Thank god I had called them and did not take my mom to hospital. Worst management ever.
