I always dreaded going to the doctor but when I had my first appointment at ESI hospital, it was so different. The staff was super friendly and the environment was very comfortable. I am now looking forward to my next visit and getting all of my checkups done here!

It's a great govt. hospital ( ESI ) Well maintained and neat and clean. There are 3 huge building , Recently it also has a medical college. Doctors are friendly and helpful

Worse facility for Patients. OPD system is full of mess. Very time taking process. This ESIC slow down recovery process and takes time to get back to work and hence reduce productivity of employees to employers.

The COVID vaccination was simply a breeze. Well co-ordinated and organised. Polite staff. Easily accessible entrance. Clean surroundings. Went for vaccination at 10 am on 18th July Completed by 10.30 am. Was kept for observation till 11am. Received sms as soon as vax was over. For vaxers- take the appointment slip with you after booking via cowin either pdf or printed and take aadhaar. Also, take the last dose vaccine certificate. Makes things hassle free and quickens the process. Very very impressed with the functioning of this Govt of India hospital. I couldn't believe this wasn't a corporate run healthcare center.

Very beautiful hospital. I was born in here. This hospital is operated by Central government. Atmosphere are too good and infrastructure are really nice.

Maximum junior doctor (medical students) and some newly pass out doctor are bustard( Emergency and Opd both), they do not know nothing about treatment, and they behave very awful to patient and patient party, even they do not respect properly to patient and patient party, I think their father and mother doesn't teach them how to respect to each another. Please don't go this hospital.

Joka esi treatment good But stuff behavior not good. Doctors best but sister not.

When you came here you will found many helpful person , many persons are present there for helping, beside this you can also found a blood bank which provides required blood group by donating another group as demand of the patient , well experienced staff are there , very neat and clean place.

worst environment... untidy.... washrooms in emergency section is not fit for use... door broken.... not cleaned ... whole toilet room is fulled with mosquitos. In waiting area lots of mosquitos are there... A well person will get sick due to mosquitos and untidiness.... in front of that toilet OBST & GYNAE EMERGENCY is located.. now think how they are treating the pregnant patients ...... even the staffs are using that toilet keep there nose close by their hand.. I am writing from this hospital.... its better to visit private hospitals ....even they are expensive...but u will get better environment..... ...... this is my first time in this hospital ....its became my last visit... if i enrolled in E.S.I. QUOTA, then also i will not visit here anymore...

ESI was never known for great medical service, but this place was initially much nicer than what it is now. Service here is comparable to any government hospitals, and the maintenance is poor. However, they serve adequate medical care to patients, who are part of their network

Went for covid vaccination for 45+ ...staffs are co- operative... Proper protocols were maintained to avoid rush... And blood pressure was checked after 30 minutes of the jab.

Very poor maintenance, filthy washroom stinks like hell, how come dogs roam the inner premises and breed. At night cafeteria remains closed starting a crisis of food. In the general wards at the ground floor the bed sheets looks like used tissue paper.

Great news for child those who eligible for vaccination. ESIC Joka kept open their OPD(new building) for children on every Monday and Thursday 10am to 1pm. Please visit with privious prescription along with vaccine card. The tickets will available on the spot. The doctors will check our babies before vacation as the procedure has been followed on privious days before lockdown. Dated 12/12/20.
