Don't go This place because the staff are not good , management is not good ,even hell lot of waiting time ,they don't have proper management , just does harrasment to the patients by sending here and there. ...Does lots of time waste ... please don't go this place. ..

The front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. I’ve received incorrect power diagnosis twice. They will mess up your appointment details and then complain that you have provided incorrect details and act all high and mighty as if they’re doing you a favour by letting you get a check up. Unhelpful, rude, condescending staff, chaotic check up systems; I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Went there with acute dry eyes problem. Doctor prescribed that I use two separate glasses, instead of bifocal. I went into unnecessary expenditure of making two specs, still the problem persisted, aggravated and almost reached a state where vision became absolutely blurred. Thanks to another eye clinic, that I am recovering slowly. The doctors and optometrist at Disha are in such hurry that often the real problem eludes them.

24/08/2023, near about 2.40pm i visit disha eye hospital teghoria branch, came here for it's reputation but the behaviour of the staffs and specially second floor room no. 1 and the ground floor lady technician rude as hell, You guys are not doing free services keep that in mind. If this behaviour continue like this most of the customers will not return. I will not come here again never ever. don't know about the others. If you can't control your rudeness then stop dealing with customers..

Worst experience... Receptionist is not taking calls. No telephonic appointment done. Management looks like handicapped not taking any action even though max reviews are in negative side. Better to visit Sustut Hospital saltlake.

Good infrastructure. They treat all patients well. They use advance technology for eye inspection. Well experienced doctors available here.

I am disappointed that there are no 0 star options. The helpdesk numbers are a joke. I tried 5 of them at least 5 times each, and every time they get disconnected. Unprofessionalism and incompetence at its best.

The doctors here are not professional. I got checked up in December last year. But my powers are not correct. Moreover there prescribed lens are not available in the market only. If you want to make the lens from their shop, they are gonna charge very high rates.

Bad place for eye check up. Doctors and staff only want to grab money from patients. My aunt got checked up for cataract and said that surgery is required within 4 months. Another opinion from an external doctor confirmed no surgery required as there was no cataract formation.

Today I telephoned them at 10.30 AM.for booking of Dr Arup Bhowmick. One lady immediately started asking wheather cateract operation was done or not. I objected for initiating interaction seeking with such information first. He told that she was acting as per instruction of Dr Bhowmik. People may contact an eye specialist for various problems. It will be decided by the doctor only.

I visited disha hospital at teghoria. Very bad experience with this hospital. Very poor management. Outside the doctor chember is overcrowded. There is no maintaining covid regulation. This is shame for me as a local patient. I request to management to focus on this matter.

Staff behaviour is really pathetic. They don't know how to talk to aged people. I observed multiple cases here. Most of the cases they misbehave with patients or their family members. Lots of waiting time due to bad management.

Position is very close to Teghoria bus stop. Attended stuff is very helpfull and guide every time.

Tried to connect with that given contact number in Disha's website, call is getting auto cut. Pathetic service from such reputed organization is not expected. Please take care of it

Consulting cost is fine but it takes minimum 2 hours waiting to consult with a doctor.

No proper management, I came to the hospital at around 11 AM now it's 3.05 Pm till now I am waiting for doctor visit after 2 eye test. For 2 eye test they took more than 2 hours. And after test result we are waiting for more 1 hours. Pathetic experience. Not at all recommended

Worst service. I had my timing at 11.00am for my test. Submitted my paper at the required drop box by 11.15 after the normal payment procedures but the hospital lab technician took my paper inside and called up somebody over the phone saying " This is an outside patient should I perform this test first or the indoor patients(meaning patients who visit doctors from their particular hospital) test first." Then he simply kept me waiting for 2 hours and allowed the patients who were after me inspite of me being the first one to submit the paper.

If you go there ensure that you can spare a full day. There is a always a huge waiting time. If schedule is at 11:30 am, first waiting at Optometrist for almost an hour. After that again while checking with Doctors another 1 & Half hour waiting time.... If doctor suggest for any test then again you need to be in queues.... Location like VIP Road where patients footfall is more.. Infrastructure wise must be properly equipped... There are some good doctors so people still continued... There are no sufficient chairs also to seat.... How ever totally disappointed... No one is there to complain... Normal staffs are also very arrogant to reply if you want to complain...

By far, the best one in Kolkata. They have the best doctors. The charges too are very pocket friendly. My grandmother was operated there for cataract and she got immediate relief after the operation. They even returned the extra money which was paid by us during her admission. Unlike most other hospitals, they are not here for business. They genuinely treat their patients in the best possible way. I too go there for my yearly eye check ups. It remains crowded most of the time and thus would suggest to keep at least 2 hrs in hand if you plan to visit there.

I have recently performed my father cataract operation .As much as I think the hospital system is very good and all the staff very good specially Paramita Madam who sit at the reception.. the negetive point is the hospital waiting place is very small and If you want to come here, take time to hand. But I would recommend everyone to come here Because the system and the treatment both are good. thank you Disha....

The doctor's are really good but the employees working there are worst..Dont know how to behave with the people going to visit their..Too much of attitude..God knows attitude for what..

Location is good but in outdoor place for sit the patient and for the visiers place is very uncomfortable and short, also AC not working very suffocation for the patient especially who are old, also the person who sit on the cash counter very slow at their work. Need some improvement on that things.
