This place is near Pailan. OPD line starts from 8.00am. But it is good to reach before 6.30am, then New card making process will be finish in 8.30am for you. Then you have to attend at the time of doctors visiting time.

Clean place with very helpful staff and many renowned doctors serving huge population of South 24 Pgs. Procedures for getting medical tests done and getting doctor's appointments are almost hassle free. The area appears well maintained. Though washroom facilities need improvement.

No treatment only business for indoor patient, totally harassment when you discharge your patient to another hospital. There has no expert doctor for icu, they don't give any official documents for govt. Health scheme reimbursment, they don't accept online payments. There security and medicine shop boys are very helpful but there medical reimbursment official staff in ground floor is very bad behaviour with me. Don't admit any serious patient plz. Otherwise how their outdoor treatment ? I don't know.

Worst Behaviour from majority of the management staffs. They don't have the minimum modesty that every person should have. Their behaviour will be good enough utill your patient is discharged. When the patient is discharged and after a week if you visit there for a check up, they are like"We are doing favour on you and you don't have the right to expect decency from us." They have a concept that those people who come hear for treatment, they are mostly from unprivileged background and that's why there behaviour is like this way. In OPD the doctor whom I visited( don't want to mention his name) didn't even touch the patient though there was no rules for social distancing. I am also shocked after seeing the 180 degree turning of the managers who were helpfull just a few days ago. My small suggestion to them, I know that all the staffs are going through lots of workload but when you are on duty please try to be a little calm and polite.

Stay away from this hospital, totally money making venture in the guise of goodwill and charity. There is on orthopaedic doctor ,Ashok Roy, who takes money underhand to admit patients and refuses to treat if he is not paid. Please stay away from this hospital and thug doctors here at any cost.

Very bad behavior of management staff.They do not know any kind of manner even they don't respect to talk interview candidates, I think their father & mother doesn't not teach them about mannerism.even head of maharaj 's behavior is too bad, he doesn't know how to behave interview candidates. This hospital management doesn't follow any government rules and establishment , govt. rule 8 hours duty time in a day but their has 11+ duty hours in a day, no casual leave/medical leave, no Esi/Health scheme, no PF and very poor salary structure. I cordially request to all interview candidates don't go to Bharat sevashram hospital for interview.

I visited this place for dental issues. At first, they took a charge to create a new ticket and then we waited in a queue. When met the doctor, his welcome was very warm and professional as well as very down to earth in behaviour. But then he transferred me to another person and he was quite rude. The dental tools were not cleaned and lacked hygiene. Even in this COVID situation, they should keep their tools in warm water to avoid germs. But they didn't even clean the tools after one checkup of a patient. If You want to avoid covid, please don't come in this dental department.

The Hospital is located at pailan near IIM KOLKATA. There is no ATM or some other service available nearby. But the Hospital is very well managed, clean, and infrastructure is also good. Prices of the test(any pathological or lab) is comparatively low as compared to other lab or hospitals. Staff and doctor are also polite. Bharat Sevashram Sangha Hospital is a clean, well maintained, adequately equipped, charitable hospital on the outskirts of city, a few kms away from IIM Joka. Added a "photo" with all the doctors available with days & times in the hospital for OPD. Hope it helps patients who want to visit. The hospital has OPDs of all branches. Indoors has adequate bed strength, well staffed with nurses. Physiotherapy, Radiology for almost all test & Pathology are also available. Any lower or middle class family can go to this hospital instead of private hospitals, will definitely be cheaper. Beware they don't admit emergency cases of any kind.

Bharat Sevashram Sangha, this is a charitable organization with non-communal and non-political character and outlook. And this one of it's hospital. It's well maintained and clean. Stuffs are very helpful, and all the services prices are chip. Like we did "MRI" here, and it's cost less 2000 than other hospitals. With all this, it's a famous hospital around this area, not only this. It has more than three hundreds of branches in India and also in other countries including the United Kingdom andUnited States. U would see a statue of the founder of this organization at the entry point. Also It has organised several projects to help impoverished Indian tribal people. One such project involved providing schooling for children of the Sabar tribe and providing them with housing and healthcare. It also hosts courses to train youths in information technology to enable them to find jobs which require IT skills. Following the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake, the Sangha's monks proposed to set up a school for orphans at a cost of Rs. 4250,000s, an orphanage at Rs.6020,000, and 200 houses at Rs.30 million on the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Well organized and patient caring staff. Very neat and clean. OPD counter opens at 9 am. Cost is cheap. You will get good treatment at nominal price.

Worst hospital. Staff are just rubbish. Please don't take anu emergency patients there. They don't have any backup. Just a fake hospital

One of the best experience I had was Bharat Sevashram Hospital. The very environment has a calmness and feels like a retreat. For those who hate hospitals, this can be a happy change. Very good hospital, very good service, all reports done here, cheap rate

The waiting place in ground floor, insufficient of fans it is very much uncomfortable for patient party , some of waiting for OT , or may be others purpose in so hot atmosphere. It is very difficult to visit patient for those visitors who is suffering from arthritis or any other leg problem and the patient on 2nd or 3rd floor and so on. And I think this hospital is the only hospital who's visitime is half an hour where others hospital minimum 1hour or may be 2 hour

Just like a Private institute... no treatment at outdoor... must do tests for any investigation from there it self .... and after that have to pay hefty doctors fees of 500 to 1000 to show the reports indoor of the same doctors sitting outside.... once you go at outdoor , doctor instruct to make reports only before starting any treatment or advice.... it's a vicious circle of looting poor people
