Staffs
were
cooperative.
OPD
is
a
bit
congested,
provided
the
volume
patients
visit
everyday.
Or
it
could
be
because,
the
volume
piles
up
waiting
for
the
OPD
Doctor
to
visit.
However,
the
doctor
we
visited.,
unfortunately,
appeared
to
be
impatient,
intolerant
and
rude.
I
am
not
sure,
if
this
is
becoming
a
trend
now
in
Kolkata...
that
some
or
other
doctor
in
a
Clinic
or
Hospital
or
Nursing
home
would
be
rude
with
the
patients.
Would
almost
say
'get
out
of
here'
to
bring
in
another
patient.
Come
on!
you
are
not
doing
a
charity
here.
And
even
if
you
are
doing
(you
must
be
aware
of
it),
you
need
to
be
tolerant
and
compassionate.
If
a
doctor
is
having
a
long
tiring
day,
it
might
be
same
for
the
waiting
patient
too.
I
found
it
really
harsh
that
a
senior
person
tried
to
explain
her
problems,
and
the
doctor
simply
did
not
want
to
listen
and
asked
her
to
move
out.
The
moment
I
said
to
my
mother
(as
she
was
going
out)
--
neither
you
could
explain
properly,
nor
is
she
willing
to
listen.
That
sparked
her
attitude.
She
found
it
offending.
Well!
Whatever
she
was
doing
there
was
offending
enough
and
was
bound
to
get
retaliated.
Trust
me,
we
are
not
there
to
debate
or
argue
or
offend
a
doctor.
We
are
their
in
need.
We
just
expect
a
doctor
to
patiently
listen
out
and
respond
with
compassion.
I
hope,
this
won't
be
the
case
with
other
doctors.
'Disha
Eye
Hospital'
is
a
reputed
name.
We
expect
a
service
with
compassion
and
tolerance.
I
am
giving
3
stars
for
the
other
staffs,
starting
from
screening
checks
to
the
lady
who
explained
the
prescription
(and
with
a
hope
that
other
doctors
in
Behala
branch
are
not
like
this,
other
patients
won't
have
similar
experience
as
mine).
And
wish,
i
could
give
2
more
for
the
doctor
as
well.
