It's Howrah railway divisional Hospital. U can go there by walking 10 minutes. Go 14 no platform then cross the railway track ,left side u will found a small door with a narrow lane. After finishing the lane take left and U can see the hospital 🏥. I was there on 02-03-23 for medical examination as I am selected in Railway level - I examination. Staff's ar very good, hospital is clean & air conditioning. Their has a canteen and as well as A dormitory for patients well wishers. Its only for Railway staffs and there family. I will edit this post after joining to know you my designation. 🚑 N.B. I am selected as Asst. (S&T) / Signal at Dankuni (DKAE) under Howrah division.

It's a central govt hospital doctors are good but process nursing staff all are like a typical government hospital. I will recommend you to contact the doctor and then doctor will suggest you some nursing home where they perform privately. Amar ma er pa bhege geche doctor bolche urgent operation hobe but it's been 4 days still no ot dates. So please if u have money go to a private hospital.

This hospital is only for railway staff and for their near relatives.Hospital area is big but need to be maintained properly.Most of the modern facilities of treatment are available here.Emergency service is also available in this hospital.One thing needs to be considered that scarcity of well experienced medical support team.Overall the hospital is clean and good, treatment is quite satisfactory.

The Hospital mainly treats with medicines and surgeries concerned with the corrections of deformations of bones or muscles. Here hip replacement, knee replacement, elbow replacement etc surgeries are treated by incision or manipulation, especially with instruments. Different related instruments are available here. Now general medicine, gynaecology, eye etc are also being treated. This is a Hospital of Eastern Railway of the Railway Department of the Government of India. Employees, retired employees and their families and relatives get preference. Patients come here from different Railway Zones. According to few patients the behaviour of doctors are good. It is a cleaned Government Hospital.

Doctor's are not available.. NOT CLEAN IN THIS COVID TIME.. WARD BOYS ARE NOT GOOD THEY TAKE ONLY MONEY.. MY FATHER ADMITTED HERE FOR COVID.. FIRST 2 DAYS THEY TAKE CARE OF HIM BT AFTER THAT THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING FOOD AND MEDICINE PROPERLY... SUGGEST YOU THAT NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL...

This is Divisional Railway Hospital. of Howrah division. Here the railway employee and his dependent family members are treated. Apart from this, the railway also treats the injured passengers which are injured in any accident by railway It is an orthopaedic special hospital.

Best treatment provider for Railway Employees.

A very clean and healthy place. Staffs are very sincere, caring and dutiful. A good example for an ideal hospital.

I treatment my parents here All facility are available except CT scan or something else.

There's no one to help you with your patients ... You have to drag the stretchers and wheel chairs

i have never seen such a horrible hospital on the railway, my mother was admitted here for covid positive, they did not give any food or medicine properly, they killed my mother. the behavior of the staff in covid female ward is very bad, i would request everyone not to go to this hospital if they want to live.

Very bad management of skin doctor. There is only one doctor and that doctor sit only one day The doctor should sit in the chamber for 3 days atleast because there is a lot of crowded patients outside the chamber and the doctor cannot check the patients properly and also the reception counter has a very bad management

This hospital is for railway employees and their families. I am a card holder of another railway hospital B R Singh Hospital ( BRSH ). I went Howrah Orthopedic Hospital (HOH ) first, one year ago for my knee pain treatment because there is no orthopedic department in BRSH. In HOH we were told to get the reference from BRSH first, then only I can avail treatment in HOH. So, we got the reference first from BRSH & got the treatment from Dr. Anjan Chattaraj ( HOH ). I recovered a lot by his treatment. A year later when I revisited HOH for the second time unfortunately Dr. Chattaraj was absent.Instead of Dr. Anjan Chattaraj another doctor was present in room no. 1 on 6/04/2023( don't know his name ). He just prescribed some medicines, didn't examine my knee and when asked him if I need to have an X-ray or physiotherapy, he just said I don't need that. Whereas I was told to revisit after 4 months but I went there after one year with severe knee pain. And the funniest part is that they told me to collect the medicine from BRSH. Real harrasment indeed !

I had very bad experience over there. The Doctor under whom I was admitted only talk in bangla and when I said Can u please speak in hindi?He abruptly said I don't know Hindi....this is the situation.AC was not at all working ...It was completely mess.So in the end I ended by shifting in private hospital.
