This
is
the
worst
medical
centre
I
visit
in
my
whole
life.
What
is
the
minimum
requirement
of
any
patient
and
patient
party
regarding
to
medical
service
in
a
medical
centre?
Kasturi
Medical
Centre
Pvt
Ltd.
is
a
place
where...
1.
Any
one
can
enter
in
ICU
(1st
floor),
HDU
(1st
floor)
any
time
without
proper
guidelines,
security
check
and
sanitize
in
this
hard
time.
2.
You
may
try
to
ask
nurses
about
the
condition
of
patient,
but,
surely
there
will
be
a
wrong
answer.
Wrong
answer
like...wrong
oxygen
saturation
level,
wrong
blood
pressure
information
and
many
more
like
these.
3.
This
is
a
medical
Centre
where
you
have
to
pay
money
for
different
laboratory
test.
But,
you
have
no
such
permission
to
see
the
status
of
report,
condition
of
report
without
the
permission
of
superintendent.
4.
You
cant
get
the
Covid
positive
report
copy
before
discharge
(alive
or
dead)
of
your
patient.
5.
Not
a
single
doctor
is
available
for
taking
care
of
a
serious
condition.
In
this
hard
time,
doctor
use
to
visit
covid
patient
once
(at
5-6
p.m.)
in
a
day.
6.
Some
nurses
are
wearing
N95
mask
and
PPE
within
the
ICU
along
with
some
nurses
wearing
surgical
mask
and
shirt
and
pant.
They
running
with
the
same
sleeper
in
ICU
and
Bathroom
both
place.
7.
You
will
get
the
bill
of
previous
day
not
current
day
when
your
patient
is
admitted
in
this
dustbin
(Kasturi
Medical
Centre).
8.
They
are
always
trying
to
fraud
patient
party
with
basic
requirements
like
mask
(per
day
20
and
more),
gloves
(per
day
minimum
15
pair).
9.
They
always
use
to
theft
REMDESIVIR,
IMMUMNOCIN
like
important
medicine
and
injection.
They
are
taking
a
huge
price
more
than
the
government
rate.
10.
Nurses
are
like
all
in
all.
Nurses
even
use
to
refuse
the
decision
of
doctor.
Here
is
my
real
life
story...
I
bought
a
patient
with
mild
fever
and
weakness.
Patient
got
tested
covid
positive.
Suddenly,
after
2
day,
oxygen
saturation
decreased.
Hospital
asked
for
7
VIAL
REMDESIVIR
(was
not
available
in
KASTURI).
I
tried
my
own
to
manage
and
provide
to
the
nurses.
I
bought
2
vial
in
government
regulated
price
(Rs.
1400/-
each)
and
bought
3
vial
(Rs.
3900/-
each)
from
the
pharmacy
of
Kasturi
Medical
Centre.
After
that,
doctor
again
asked
for
3
dose
of
IMMUNOCIN
(was
not
available
in
KASTURI).
Again
I
tried
and
manage
to
get
the
injection.
Patient
condition
was
better
after
9
days
of
admission.
Oxygen
level
improved
from
20
ltr
per
day
to
15
ltr
and
12
ltr
in
10th
and
12th
day.
Patient
talked
to
nurses
and
asked
nurses
to
inform
family
about
many
things
like
food,
tax
bill,
mobile
phone,
other
family
members
etc.
On
12th
day,
doctor
informed
me
to
shift
my
patient
into
VENTILATION
suddenly.
That
night,
nurses
also
forced
me
to
do
that.
But,
oxygen
saturation
level
and
fluctuation
type
was
same
as
last
4-5
days.
I
managed
to
shift
my
patient
to
a
medical
college.
But,
doctor
in
the
medical
college
informed
me
that
Lungs
is
100%
infected
and
condition
of
heart
is
very
serious.
After
4day,
I
lost
my
patient.
Interestingly,
there
was
no
such
information
about
the
100%
Lung
infection
and
heart
condition.
Total
expenses
was
around
6
lakhs
including
Medicine
and
Bed
charges
only.
Nurse
back
me
an
IMMUNOCIN
at
the
time
of
discharge.
Total
bill
was
2,30,000
for
14
days
EXCLUDING
all
medicines
and
injection.
First
2
day
in
general
bed
Next
12
day
in
ICU.
