3rd class girl sitting on the receptionist chair. I don't know how much salary she get, but the attitude is like Govt officer.

Every thing is good. Expect the receptionist girl . She the hell is very rude. And undisciplined.

Worst experience in the nurshinghome due to the receptionist girl, she is the one for whom the nurshinghome will suffer in future.

Worst behaviour of the people who work there. They ask the patients to come at 4 and then start the registration before the time. Very unprofessional and even after saying because of health issues the patient is sitting right outside the hospital in a car, they don't inform. They just call your name one or two times and then take others' name even if you're sitting right outside inside your car. Doctors are good but the workers are horrible.

Doctor Arghya Maitra is such a fabulous doctor...I admitted for my delivery and my pregnancy journey was also under Dr. Maitra. What I can say for this nursing home is neat and clean, sisters r really helpful and they serve you well. But the receptionist girls are very rude...when I was went for my dressing after my delivery they suffered me for balance. This is not a good thing. Please Dr. Maitra look after for this matter..

Nice Nursing Home with a good set up. Very good for gynaecological surgeries and consultations.

I was admitted here for Gallbladder Surgery. All the staff members are cooperative and really helpful. Service is top notch.The nurses and 'Aya masis' did not let me feel that I was away from home. I cannot recall the name of the head nurse in white appron but she made me feel comfortable in OT as I was quite ashamed of my green appron that was open from back. The owner is also an admirably kind and excellent human being who understands what a patient needs. Dr. Tapan Banerjee is not only an excellent surgeon but also a good human being. And the best part is that he listened carefully about problems I was facing--a quality many doctors lack today.

Dr. Arghya Maitra has been 2nd God throughout my pregnancy journey 🙏... The nurses, Ayaa didis were also very polite, and helpful.... If somebody says the word pregnant, the first thing that will come to my mind is Dr. Arghya Maitra, Thank you for making it so easy 🙏🙏

I Soumi Banerjee residing at Kasundia Shibtala howrah, was under the treatment of Dr Arghya Maitra for the last one year at Seema Institute of health care. Dr Maitra is an excellent doctor with a decent and sympathetic behaviour. He help me during the pregnancy period not only as a medical practioner and also as a elder brother. During the pregnancy period I have to admit to the Seema Hospital for a few days.The infrastructure, behaviour of nurses, ayaas and other staff are very polite and helpful. I express my gratitude to Dr Maitra for becoming mother under his supervision.

I was admitted under Dr Arghya maitra for my delivery. It was a good experience, all the staffs, sisters and aaya di are very co operative and helpful except the receptionist boy.. Hospital is very clean. One suggestion I have to give that one permanent child specialist should be constantly there in the hospital for any emergency.

Visited Seema multiple times during our pregnancy Journey. My wife was under treatment of Dr Maitra and not only OPD but Seema was one stop solution for us for anykind of blood test or USG. Multiple people has reported against the behaviour of receptionist but honestly I did not have any wrong experience in Seema during that whole 9 months journey. Seema can be your one stop solution for the complete maternity journey. Highly Recommended. A special thanks to Dr. Maitra for being always approachable and for all the guidance.

Very recently my wife was operated for her serious Gynaecological problem by Dr, Argha Maitra and other Senior Gynaecologists like Dr. Swapan Kumar Sain, Dr. Sonali Maitra at SEEMA INSTITUTE OF HEALTH CARE at Plot No 31/5, Kalabagan Lane, Baruipara, Ichapur Road, Howrah - 711104. The atmosphere, when surgery was performed was so much ease that I didn't feel any fear and my experience was really great. Beginning from the behavior, helpfulness, services of the Staff and Nurses and above all Dr.Argha Maitra was so informal and excellent. The ambience was also very nice and the Hospital is very well kept. I give 10/10.
