Very poor services. They could neither control nor monitor my dandruff and hairfall adequately. They would call you over every 3 weeks to check in and ask you to come for a follow up check. At this check they will sell you medicines -- 2000-3000 per visit. This is on top of 5000-6000 worth medicines and treatment on the first visit itself. Its like taking out as much as you can from an existing costumer. Would not recommend. You will lose all your hair by the time this treatment starts showing any results. In my case the problem only got aggravated.

Outstanding management, well educated staff. I went last year for hair treatment and got my problem resolved, took medicines for a year even they provide good discount on my package. I recommend my brother also he is under treatment. Keep the good work 👍

Very disappointing service, I got a call from richfeel customercare for free consultation and free patch test for laser treatment but after they asked for rs450 registration charge and they said they dnt have laser machine in this branch after kept me waiting for an hour...

Its almost 1.5 years with them.....still my problem is not solved....i did all that things they said to me......now whenver i call them they dont recieve my call...not even the doctor and not the receptionist as well.......everytime i visit them they just write a new set of tablets for me thats it.......before visiting here make sure u have ur pocket full ....

I am a new patient at Richfeel, just around here for a month. But in a month what i felt is the service that they provide is really helpful. The behavior of doctors is pretty good. They listen to my problems very carefully and give satisfactory solutions. The management also informs you about your appointments, your doctor visit on a weekly basis. So overall i am satisfied with the service that they provide. Hope that they give good results as well.

First of all the lady doctor .. according to me is only interested to sell her products … I didn’t get any depth expertise guidance and solution to my problem.. She only checked via a machine which is available at all saloons .. And then few questions ( about past medical issues etc ) .. I didn’t get that positive feeling upon coming out of the Center.. There one vitamin tab box cost around - Rs 2100+

Too bad. I visited Laketown branch. They made me take us 3000 rs kit, and the products were so so so bad. The shampoo was very drying and dehydrating. The conditioner was greasy.. I was a fool to pay so much for it.

They have very less to offer in terms of haircare. Be aware of their scam of selling this and that, scamming you to do this and that test. They only positive is that they offered cheapest hair transplant in the past. And the results had been poor that can be understood.

Dr. Shilpi mam too is helpful and advises time to time on maintaining the hair regrowth. I never had to take appointment to meet her.
