I was asked to reach at 11.30, with a booking sequence of 10 for Eco Cardiography. It is not that my condition is serious, but it could well have been, which the personnel at Pulse are not aware of. There is hardly any comfortable space to wait. Plastic chairs are thrown at every one square foot of space available. There is no space to maneuver even a wheel chair without first getting people waiting to move out. A very aged lady, carrying her urine pouch had to walk down as the only wheel chair available was occupied. Thank God they didn't have a second, as there was no space. The doctor walks in at 12.21 and around 12.40, the procedure starts. The so called booking sequence goes out of the window as one person approaches the assistant and threatens to leave if he is not attended to immediately. He jumps all queue and is addresses at no 3. The rest of us shall have to wait. At 12.56, with my name not having moved a single slot above where it started, i approached to enquire what will be my possible time slot. She immediately spat out "wait, you will know". As if they were doing me a favour. By then I had had enough and I spat back "I want to cancel, i want my refund". It worked. The attendant's attitude changed, she asked my name, pulled out my paper and said "I will put you next". I felt very stupid that I didn't take this step earlier. My job would have got done much earlier. Anyway, on principle I had decided to cancel. The front desk, which is the only well behaved and efficient part of this entire setup, promptly helped me with the refund and I was out in the next 15 minutes. A time well wasted.

Reliable diagnostic centre with less unnecessary rules and regulations. Good behaviour... Reception is better than other centres...They are faster in their way of delivering reports than other centres. Happy with their services.

It's a new branch of Pulse Diagnostics located on James Long Sarani near Behala Chowrasta. It houses the MRI division.

Most unprofessional staff. In the first floor reception there are 7 girls sitting together and chit chatting n laughing loud. Talking about food, travel. Wanted a bare minimum information that when the doctor will come, it was hard for them to let us know.

Pros. 1)Well behavoiur, 2) Fast response, 3) No hidden charge, 4) Reasonable price, 5) RT-PCR covid test and covid vaccination available, 6) Provide report within 2-3 days, 7) Enquiary available through whatsapp, 8) Female technicians in ECG, 9) Eco-cardiography for female patients, 10) Quick work process, 11) No long time waiting Cons. 1) Their technicians are very unprofessional specially in serology profile dept. Mostly they are novis or trainee. They make mistakes in injecting and it become very painful to patient. For my mother, they inject in proper area after a few attemps. When a thick injection for serology profile is push in and push out a few time for their own mistake; the suffering patient knows how painful it is. Pulse diagnostics should kick out these useless technicians and hire some expert technician to put their reputation on hold. 2) You have to pay partially on the test day before the report out. 3) Excessive restriction in blood test (PP). They don't allow blood PP test even after 5 minutes late of their prescribed time of 2 hours after meal. This is unnecessary. Other reputable diagnostic centres such as SRL, Dr. Reddy, Quadra generally allow 15 minutes flactuation of their prescribed time for blood test (PP).

Doing tests of my Dad has never been worst. They went massively wrong with a simple Blood Sugar Test. Thank God I had doubts and got it checked from another diagnostic centre. Being a sensitive heart patient a simple Blood test could have taken my father's life. Never get your tests done here if you care about your family.

I did my Usg from pulse james long branch.. During the test no privacy was maintained. While one patient was doing his Usg they asked me to enter the room, and while the previous patient was changing his dress they asked me to start my procedure which was very unprofessional. Very unethical practice. Test was done in such a hurry where no queries are being answered properly.
