If it would have been possible I would have rated minus ..Can’t believe what sort of phatetic treatment they are providing .Completely money looting.Don’t ever trust them .They don’t have any feelings for ur hopes and dreams ,All the staffs out there need to learn customer service and polite behaviour session .They treat us as like they are treating us free like a Municipal hospital. don’t have simple manners of asking period dates and other personal query loudly in front of all.Is this my first day or second .did I went washroom ? Loudly calling my name and asking me to go to washroom and many more … Firstly the doctor does not even know my case .In front of me asking to her Nurse about the History and always saying that he is tired and can’t talk much to her nurses .We went there with so much of high hopes . He don’t have feeling neither he understands what pain and stress a patience is going on. Such a uncomfortable reception area almost every time no AC or Unbalance temperature.How can a women on her uncomfortable days with back pain and period cramps can sit for 2-3 hours they have no feelings and thought for that .Just calling patient for the sake of earning money by doing unnecessary TVS test which was not even required after a month since a cyst can’t be treated or get smaller within 20 days but then too he ask me to come ..Then too I believed him and I went but I was right he didn’t even bother to check my weight ,BP neither ask anything .I am upfrontly asking him about medicine about the problems I faced in last 20 days but he is not ready to Explain .don’t we have right to know and talk and to get an explanatory answer for which we are paying a consultation fee.You guys are doctors .Other word God for us .Please don’t do this .

It was my dream to be a mother, but after few years of my marriage I found I was not able to be a mother. Me and my husband visited one gynecologist after another, but the result were always disappointing. Finally, when I was at the verge of quitting my efforts to be a mother, someone suggested me of Dr. Biplab Deb. We visited his clinic and then my treatment started. It was something I had undergone earlier, the difference is that this time it clicked at second effort!! It was unbelievable for me, but the journey had just started. My destination was still 9 months away. During my pregnancy everything was going smoothly until my Father in law passed away. It was my 7th month and problem started arising. I will say it was then I felt the support from Dr. Biplab Deb and his support staff. He suggested me how to spend my further days so that we can reach 9 month goal. But alas! We couldn't. I suffered from hypertension and my baby was SGA... Sir explained me the situation and suggested that we must wait for another week, giving my baby some more time in the womb. He asked me to monitor baby movement and report back everyday. This is when I felt I was in safe hands. If someone missed my calls during this week, they use to ring me back to know the situation and suggested what to do. I must mention Tumpa and Sonai madam who were there whenever I called. Finally, the day of crisis came. I went for checkup and was suggested to be operated that evening. When i heard the crying sound of my baby, i knew God had send me to the right Doctor at last. He is messenger of God to me. But My baby was premature and was shifted to NICU at another place. This time the nurses at nursing home were supportive to me, specially Sumita madam and Madhumita madam. They never let me feel down when my baby was not with me. Thanks to everyone. I am writing a bit large because I just want to share that I was not overwhelmed by the clinic or treatment, as it may have clicked earlier. It was the way my case was handled during those tough days that make me proudly say that Dr. Biplab Deb Sir you are God for us. Hope U and ur team all the best for future so that many other women can have their dream in their arms. Thank you is not enough to let the team of IIH know how I feel. Keep up the good work.

Such a rude behaviour of the staffs. Not polite while talking to clients . The way they talk as if they r doing a favour to us by giving a free treatment . How this clinic is running with such a bad attitude of the staffs? I think the good comments on this review is all fake . I had an appointment with Dr. Sudip Kumar Das . I had called to know the exact location . First of all they disconnected my call two times . Then the third time when i called a guy picked up and he was so rude while talking to me. No telephonic ethics they know . Dnt even wish the clients nor mentioning their names neither the hospitals name . Pathetic management with full of disrespect for the clients . Lack of education . I wish not to visit there ever in my life no matter how good is the doctor . And i suggest others not to visit there to get a bad treatment.

I just had mỳ laporoscopy surgery done with Dr.Biplab at AMRI hospital , and I must say, I’m pretty satisfied with everything, my scars healed fast and I’m recovering pretty fast. Worst experience i have came accross...very very very bad behaviour all the staff, Doctors are so called professional Dacoits what to say.Their main intentions to give panic to the patients or their (customer). They anyhow suggest patients to operate or do IVF treatment. Doctor Biplab Dey the main culprit over there charges visiting fee of 600 and 100 as registration, God knows what the registration free for???????? No explanation had been given from them. Their main intentions to give fear to the patient. So that they convinced and do whatever the doctor say.If you say we dont want IVF treatment they will not treat you any more(mark my works please and see if you go there) Then the real picture will portray you, No medicine will be prescribed any more no further dates will be given for checkup and so onn and onn.......if you go with a normal Gyneo problem they will not treat you they always try to make it complicated and will prescribed you IVF that's their main intentions always. *All are professional Dacoits* take my words never do mistake if you really want to get good treatment spend money in good organization. I am not telling that spending money will always give you best treatment bt spend in a good organization not like this(INFERTILITY HOSPITAL NEAR CENTRAL JAIL DUMDUM) if you do not trust my words still please go and check the senerio then you will understand.
