Good centre and dedicated professionals. Patients coming here has to be responsible and follow the procedure, now a days they are way too impatient and thinks just because they are paying money they own the head of the professionals. Before accusing someone think first. Don't be a clown ! And one more thing, few patients are never on time and don't come prepare and they blame doctors for their short comings.

It is on main road. Accessibility is good. Many doctors are available. It has got many testing equipments. Diagnostic tests are available. Bike parking can also be done. There is also a pharmacy present -Apollo Pharmacy. This pharmacy is takes a lot of time to sell medicines. It took more than 30mimutes to buy simple medicines. Then there is no discount. You have to wait for otp to redeem the discount. It takes too long to buy anything. Then there is a tendency of their staff to sell their own company's products.

This Clinic is one of the best Clinic. I have visited for my health checkup their team and staff are very good and handling with friendly relationship. I never find this type of facilities in other Clinics. Staff quick response is simply good. Overall staff and Clinic is one of the best Clinic.

Absolutely hopeless place for diagnosis. USG department has no experience. Did false diagnosis for my wife. And ultimately she had to under go surgery for that mistake. I will never again visit here and will tell other also to not visit here. They are more interested in making you do diagnostic test there and earn money. They have no quality or concern for you as a patient.

Horrible service . It took them 2 days to prepare uroflowmetry report . Had to visit twice for one report and every time they said “ tomorrow after 12 pm you can collect the report “ , but wasn’t ready. I had missed the doc appointment because of their delay in handing over the report .

Their service is degrading day by day. The staffs are not properly trained and are unaware of what is happening around. You have to wait at least an hour or two to get serviced and they are only consistent in this department. Experienced pathetic services over last 3 visits.

It's a nice clinic. It's dental department is superb. I went there for treatment of dental caries of my wife Dr. Soma De of cancer hospital Thakurpukur. We met Dr. Indranil Mukhopadhyay, the dental surgeon, who efficiently extracted her deep rooted right upper molar tooth after giving her a local anaesthetic block. Just before suturing, a fresh platelet rich fibrin (PRF) prepared from her own blood was placed by Dr. Camelia Saha. The total process was so smooth and painless. Thanks to the team for this very advanced treatment in this clinic. I can recommend everybody to this clinic.

Due to ongoing health issues & Covid vaccinations I've had reason to visit the practice several times. The reception staff are always helpful, pointing me in the right direction if they can't help me personally, and their telephone manner is always friendly. I've had appointments with two of the doctors-nurses and they're all friendly, professional and very helpful - putting me at ease when I've needed it. I've never felt rushed in a consultation, even when overrunning on the ten-minute appointment length. Visited first time for my mom to do cect scan , the floor Manager ( lady ) was so generous and helpful , her guidance was so helpful in each and every step. A really modern and upscale Clinic - cum- diagnostic centre with good doctors, dentist and diagnostic techs. Reception and billing ladies are extremely helpful. Only one complaint - the washrooms are extremely dirty.

The clinic is just beside the Bajaj Showroom(50mts) on DH road.The diagnostic centre is well equiped and they have quite a good number of physicians and consultants in the clinic covering more or less every department and I think they will aslo cover the departments that are not available for consultation soon (like opthalmology).They have good facility for imaging of all sorts like xray, usg, echocardiography and etc.They have also some sorts of package of test in low price also. **The best thing about this place is the precautions they are taking in this time of pandemic .Each and every one are getting sanitised before entering the centre and getting the temperature,pulse and oxygen satuartion test done and every one have to sign a form befor entering.

I felt very good and welcoming in all the sittings. It shows in his work his experience and the passion he brings forward to give a great service to all his patients. Staffs are humble and cooperative to the patients during pathological tests or when waiting in que for turn. But one drawback that i have felt, the reports are not sent through mail despite requests, and reports need to get collected physically and the staffs take bit longer time to deliver the reports from counter. Modernised centre with up to date facilities.

After an unfortunate accident, I had a long process of dental treatment with Dr. Indranil Mukhopadhyay. I had to make multiple visits to the clinic regularly for a period of around 6 months. The whole ordeal would have been inexplicably difficult if not for the expert care provided by the doctor and staff. On every visit, not only did they provide top level care but made me feel really comfortable. The staff are really friendly and efficient and the service provided here is, without a doubt, top notch. Dr. Indranil has worked magic and my teeth are good as new, i will be truly indebted to him and the staff for making this difficult experience as easy as they possibly could.

These guys will not give original bill. Takes money in cash. It seems something fishy is going on here. Pls be careful if one were to take vaccination etc from here.

Its a very good place for consulting to Doctor's and having vaccination and well maintained neat and clean area. But folks in desk is not well mannered, they need to be re-disciplined how to handle customers in difficult position . One funny thing was people came for the booster shot with their Final Certificate and Vaccination Details, still they didn't find the Aadhar card and birth year what a disaster. And the coming to Apollo Pharmacy adjacent to this apollo building , the price for the medicine is very high , not even give a discount whereas other pharmacy for the same medicine gives discount . I urge people if you have a money to waste go this Apollo Pharmacy otherwise nearby a lot of pharmacy is there where you will get the same medicine for a good discount.
