One of the best facilities in Howrah. I go there for my regular checkups and also for Vaccine. The staff's here are really helpful and always smiling. Hygiene is not at all maintained. No use of sanitizers, beds where patients lie for ECG and ECHO, no hygiene is maintained, same bedsheets are spreaded from morning to evenig for all patients .Staff sitting in reception do not even know where is complaint register. No initiative to make the sevice better.

Very bad experience in vaccination. They are just doing malpractice with vaccination as if you had not done the registration then they are charging 400rs more than the price without giving bill.

I made a prior appointment with a gynaecologist on the phone who, I was informed, was to consult her patients from 11.45. I reached around the same time and kept inquiring if the doctor has arrived after every half an hour or so. At 2 PM I inquired for the doctor at the reception one last time as I had to be somewhere after that. I came to know that the doctor had come and already left for the day. This negligence at work is possible only in Kolkata. I've been to many Apollo clinics elsewhere but never have I encountered this shoddy service. Very disappointed at the lack of professionalism here at Howrah Apollo Clinic. I will never return here, that's for sure. I was in a lot of physical discomfort and nobody cared to even find out how long patients may be waiting around to find some relief. Inhuman.

Receptionist are not good in their behaviour. They didn't know how to treat a petient and their needs.

Worst place for pregnant & orthopaedic patients. This our 4rth visit at here. NO LIFT FACILITY for PREGNANCY & ORTHOPAEDIC patients. The clinic is on the 1st floor so You have to ride 20 stairs for those patients. When you ask for lift to the receptionist will play the same recording that lift work in progress. It will be ready in 2 days. But not a single time we got the lift in last 8 months. Very bad place.

Very poor and weak team, who manages the patients. Unnecessary waiting time. They don't know about their products/ package. If you will call to the landline no., they will misguide you and make you visit to their clinic. After the visit, you will get to know that this service is not available there.
