    You don't just pay a premium price, you also pay with a ton of your time. If there isn't discipline on time slots, what's the difference coming down here vs a poorly run state hospital (not all, do btw) The good part of this place is the respectful gentleman in the CT SCAN Wing

    I got my vaccination here. The place is okay for vaccination. Only problem is they are very slow in billing and so the whole process takes around 30 mins to get the vaccine. They could easily bring this time down if they work fast. Ventilation is good and social distancing is average here.

    I did USG here..the experience was completely bad. Report itself was not authenticated. I have kidney stones in my right kidney. I did scan and doctor was not figure out the right size of stone. He put rendom number of stone and size. After two week i did scan somewhere else and surprisingly stone number and size was double. Stone formation can't be so fast in two week Span of time as per doctor said. One or other report may wrong so doctor did scan third time at his hospital. Surprisingly Suraksha scan was wrong report.

    Avoid this place unless extremely necessary. Booked test and it has been confirmed but on arrival, the receptionist had no idea and they deny to do test.

    By looks and ambience, people will get impressed, but poor service..no sense of timing..keep waiting inspite of taking appointment.. illogical and vague answer from staff. Making pregnant ladies wait is highly unprofessional and unethical, that too during Covid period. No social distancing.Staffs are liers.. seriously. No one should visit them.

    I am visited several times got Very professional approch from all Staffs. But One of them in front Desk Ms Sumita Is very much expert & high knowledgeable in her duties & always getting warm reception with smile. Thanks team Surakhha. Regards to all Staffs at DD 18.

    Extremely disorganized. I waited with my sick mother in OPD for more than 1.5 hours and they let others enter who came after us. They were not even patients. They came with reports to get it checked. The receptionist was curt, was not apologetic at all. She legit let 2 people go before us just because They went and said her something which supposedly gave her the authority to allow them first. My mother who was already sick fell more sick cause she had to wait for so long. And there are critical patients who can't wait for so long. They really need to learn how to prioritize whoever comes in OPD. Highly disappointeddisappointed If it wouldn't have been for the doctor woul.d've never opted for a place like this.

    Worst experience. Three illiterate girls sit in the front desk of the laboratory at a time who are supposed to help patients in need. Instead they harass customers due to their own lack of knowledge about their work. Be careful before visiting. After paying parking fee, waiting in the queue for long when a person reach the counter, they will raise silly objections about the mediclaim plan and deter the patient.

    The price of all the test is unnecessary high and they just run only because of their doctors they host for consultation. Stuff behaviours are not at all good, unorganised with poor managements. They are also interested in your personal things like why the doctors have given you the perticular test and give free advices. Their way of talking towards the patients are not empathetical which is very required in this kind of profession. Report delivery is also not good as they don't provide all the reports together and they show the status green for all. But yes one thing is good that's the clinic is clean. Not at all recomended.

    Call agent(male) was too illiterate. Ill behaved. Understanding problem. I couldn't hear the name, otherwise I would escalate to the higher authority. Please educate your calling agents, how to speak to a customer. Rascals.

    My wife went for whole abdomen USG yesterday 22 September. Dr Supratik Hazra misbehaved and done his job very casually in 5 min. He provided report with grade1 fatty lever and we know this is not at all possible and he intentionally given misleading report. Today we visited another Suraksha center and Lever report is absolutely normal as expected. A very senior doctor from Suraksha only provided the normal lever report. We visit Suraksha to spend our hard earned money to get a false and misleading report. Sector 1 Suraksha diagnostics should refund the USG amount with immediate effect.

    Worst customer care... My wife had solitary fibrous tumor on right middle lobar and undergone a surgery on May 22 at Rajib Gandhi Cancer Institute.On discharge they suggested LDCT Chest periodically after each 4 months for 2 yrs . On Sept 22 I booked an appointment at your DD 18 center and they did NCCT Thorax.After getting report I asked them that are both LDCT chest and NCCT scan same they said yes. On Feb 23 I did the same test and got the report. On 24 the August I again asked for an appointment and the person on the other side after hearing from me suggested to WhatsApp the report.I did the same then the person in WhatsApp send me a form and asked me to fill up that and then told me that they will contact me. But 4 days gone past no communication from your end. Today I again WhatsApp the case again but no reply till now. What's the problem? A customer is waiting for appointment but no answer from other side. Partha Ganguly

    One of the worst experiences I have faced today while collecting reports. One receptionist asked me to open google from my phone then she took the phone and gave 5 stars with comments " Very Good ". After noticing the event i took the reports and walked back to my home. But my question is what kind of services is this?? Is this not a privacy issue? Typical experience, I am done with Surakha.

    A simple usg and dexa took 3 hours. We took 3 packages 6500 each for 19500. But quality of service was pathetic. No one takes responsibility. Same technicians is shuttling between x-ray dexa and usg creating unnecessary delays.

    1. Home collection charges are a bit high. 2. They charge for each patient, even if we're having 2 or 3 patients at home. 3. At their premises, it takes far too long to complete the procedures. 4. Particularly, front office should improve a lot, in terms of customer approach, time taken etc. 5.

    They have only one appointed radiologist to perform USG and he/she was on holiday. So, we had made our payment and recieved our bill and had been provided with a suitable date and later got to know that only emergency USGs were applicable in their labs for entire 1 month. They don't even have the provision to arrange for dates for the patient or to appoint a suitable radiologist for one entire month. Highly mismanaged.

    One of the best Diagnostic Center in the city. Experienced a beautiful and prompt service there. One of best CT scan is done here. Center Manager is very efficient and polite person... even entire team so active and they give their best efforts to serve every single patient...Most recommended.

    It was a pathetic experience while getting test reports from the front desk. The overall performance was unsatisfactory and people should think twice before going to this Saltlake unit of Suraksha Diagnostic. While recording patient's vital data no cross check is done by attending staff or the Certifying Doctor. The Management is very poor.

    Please avoid doing USG here, it will take not less than 3hrs for a simple USG. The ladies sitting at the reception is so rude that they will not listen to you and keep on talking whatever they wish. Then they will waste 45 mins of yours later they will realise that the booking was already done but again you have to wait for 1.5 hrs. They don’t even feel sorry for wasting your time. If you are not working and want to waste time pls visit here.
