The receptionists are completely unhelpful, unprofessional, and have no regard for patients. They keep harassing anyone who calls for an appointment, they can't even assure you that they have taken an appointment. If you really want to consult a doctor at Suraksha, kindly clear up one whole day of uncertainty. Hope something changes here soon. The doctors have got to see what is being done to the receptionist.

I liked the way the they maintained the cleanliness atleast. The workers are well behaved. Organization is good enough. But the doctors here are so professional. They keep an assistant with them and basically the do the check up.. Doctor just writes a prescription whatever their assistant says. Visiting charge may is really high (INR 1200 - INR 2000) .There's no point coming here.

Worst people are working at suraksha Elgin road, the door keeper and the reception behave like this is a government institute . we paid 8000 for different test at their place , they treated me like i had done It for free of cost . this place don't even deserve 1 star. Don't go beware

NEVER EVER EVER DO ANY TESTS FROM SURAKSHA! Most of their tests are wrong. Ask any doctor (close ones, other's wont tell you) and you'll find out how terrible their tests are. One of my friend almost had a severe issue because the test results were wrong and the doctor found that out during operation. Thankfully he is still alive.

I had to cancel the appointment with disgust made on behalf of my mother -patient on 24.08.2019 (Saturday) with Dr. Surajit Chatterjee, Pulmonologist in Suraksha Diagonistic, Elgin Road as the receiptionist arguably told me that the Dr. Surjit Chattejee never sits on Saturday. I could not make her understand that we had made appointment on Saturday itself. I made the appointment four days ago and Sahibda (agent) told me he is booking the appointment on Saturday (24.08.19) at 1.30 p.m. First of all, it takes 10 minutes time to receive response from Surksha Diagonstic and after that this kind of negative, bad and rude response from them. I also called up Sahibda (agent) several times and also whatsapped him but there is no response from him also. I request all of you please do not go to Surkash Diagonistcs even if the Best Doctors like Surajit Chatterjee sits there. I had to give one star marking to post my message.

The staff are extremely rude. Radiologist/USG doctors are rude, don't answer questions. They always seem to be in a foul mood. They took only 5 minutes to do The Anomaly test. 5 minutes!!! Don't even let family members or husbands go in unlike other places. Most of the positive reviews are given by the staff of this place. If you check their profile you'll see they have only given 1 review in their lifetime.

Horribly unprofessional attitude. Even though I reached much before the scheduled slot for my 2nd vaccine dose (my slot was at 9 am and reached at 8am) , I was made to wait in the waiting area on the ground floor for at least an hour until there were a total of around 25 people had gathered for vaccine dose. Only after that they start doing the basic verification process, which could have been done much earlier to save time. And mind you, the staff were already present upstairs but not ready to get going on their job. Pathetic work culture. Highly recommend this against it. Do not go there.

Place is nice 👍..Very clean and clear, well maintained, with attached toilet and waiting area inside it on 2nd floor and full air conditioning covered. It has lift inside. Watchman is very good and his behaviour is so polite. It has everything But facilities are utterly disappointing, have to wait in each case for a long time, Doctors don't come at given time, lab tests take a huge time, receptionist always ignore you if your economical status is not looking good, even they sometimes don't give answers of asked questions, if you asked them about doctors that when they will come, they would say we don't know.......... It's my personal opinion. Everyone should not agree with me.

Visited for the 3rd time Doctor never comes on time You always need to have atleast 3 hours if u decide to visit here When you complain at the centre They have no response at all. Visit here only if you have 3 hours in hand as if you are here for vacation.

Today I had booked myself for getting vaccinated with the booster dose. My token no was T 025 scheduled between 11to 12 noon. After reaching they refused to give me the vaccination citing they are not supposed to give beyond 10 persons in a single vial. However they are supposed to harass a person by confirming their booking. This is the sort of ethical practice that they follow. Better check up your status before going for vaccinations.

Worst experience. I did USG of Whole Abdomen and Doppler study of renal arteries. There was a major discrepancy in the two reports. My doctor, who is MD in Medicine, was not satisfied. Even the urine test report cannot be trusted. 8.5K in waste.

worst service at 1st call only.. I have booked for blood test and waited someone for blood collection from home.. I made 50 calls to the person who supposed to collect blood sample.. But did not get any response. I called customer care and waited for 15mins but every all the executives were so busy no one responded. Worst service till now.

Great diagnostic centre but has issues with parking

The place was over crowded with patients coming for covid testing and vaccine alike. I am utterly astonished to see a medical institution not following the government regulations
