Wonderful, effortless and smooth are perhaps just three of the many appreciative adjectives that I would like to use in describing the vaccination experience at this Apollo Clinic, located on the 2nd floor of Block G of City Centre, Salt Lake. Catering all the three vaccines viz. Covishield, Covaxin and Sputnik V. Digital payment is also accepted. Recently visited for some x-rays and was attended to by Mr Mustaq of the Radiology Department. He was extremely caring and courteous and the tests were done very smoothly.

There are 2 places for covid vaccine. One is at 2nd floor of clinic- with appointment on cowin app. The other is walk- in along with adhaar card and app. The charge is Rs 780 now. They accept cards etc. Maybe a bit higher for walk-in. The walkin hall is a bit further ahead not in the main Apollo clinic. Paid parking is available inside. Arrangements are good and the entire process of form filling checking, vaccination and payment is done in 20-30 mins. However some people are keeping the door shut prior to appointment time- resulting in crowding outside the door and on stairs where there is no social distancing or marking. I've shared a video. Perfect example of how a few can spoil a well planned out strategy.

It's a nice location just beside the City Centre I, Salt Lake. Ambience is very good. For COVID19 Vaccination , you don't need to wait in a que which is a great advantage indeed.

I went there to take my Covishield booster shot this morning. It was extremely quick and hassle-free. Everything was very well organized, right from verification to payment, and the vaccination process itself was also efficiently conducted. The place was also clean, well-lit, and comfortable. They also accepted online payment, which was a relief as many centres don't.

Please check before appointing any Doctor. Dr. Kasturi Bhoumik is there just to make money and your are charging way high for her consultation. She doesn't even care to ask patient about problem, always in hurry to call next even patient is not finished. too bad experience .

I have got a nice experience of COVID vaccination here. The staff was very good and everything was well organised.

Doctors are very good, only issue I have is with the appointment system, say I have called and booked my appointment, it asks me to arrive at 11:55 am, even if I reach on time then also, a 12:30 am appointment person will be in line before me. What's the point of Apollo's appointment booking system if you are going to follow first cum first serve! This is not a restaurant, and we come to Apollo for the convenience, otherwise we can easily go to the doctor's private chambers also, where there is first cum first serve.

I would like to point out that being treated by Dr. Ratnadip Ghosh, my father says that he is the finest physiotherapist he has come across. He has already recommended him to everyone he knows, and now recommending it to whoever is reading this.

Excellent service by Ms. Monica Saha floor Manager salt lake by fixing the appointment for city scan at new town apollo and sebsequently send the plates to the concerned Doctor and finally arrange to despatch the report to my home address. In this COVID pandemic the behaviour of the support staff and the floor manager is really really appreciated.

Apollo Clinic salt lake have always been my family's choice when it comes to doctor's consultation. I came here today for covid vaccination jab, the team was very fast, efficient and professional. Went for Vaccination and was impressed by their entire arrangement. As you enter, you get a token for your specific vaccine. Your number gets called and you move to first counter to get your details verified and bill is generated. Then you move to cash counter to make the payment (both cash or UPI works). Once done, you move to final counter for the vaccine. Everything worked smoothly. Post vaccination, there is an observation area where you are encouraged to rest for sometime and inform if you see any contraindications. Otherwise, you are good to leave. Overall a pretty streamlined flow, quiet and peaceful experience (or may be I was in luck, as it was a weekday). 😊

My experience with Saltlake Apollo is really good. They are well-organised, process oriented and soft spoken. All my visits were swift and were completed in almost no time. I visited this clinic for my prenatal diagnostics and never faced trouble. I switched from a renowned doctor’s private healthcare center in Saltlake to Apollo Clinic as I wasn’t happy with the previous one and instantly realised that I made the correct decision. I even found Saltlake branch better than Newtown branch as per overall experience is concerned.

All lutera are here ,they even charging for seing Report.I will make strong complaint in consumer court also. I saw Dr.Kunal Sengupta on 23rd & after MRI report when I reach here on 3rd Feb for consult,reception charges rs.1000.to saw report. This is quiet ridiculous after 26th january, I tried 4-5 times,but no response received.With this practice Hand to mouth people will be much more effected. Within this 1000 Neither Doctor OR Clinic will affected,but the patient faith in Doctor & Clinic will be worse.

The vaccination process is very well managed and smooth. There are no long queues and it hardly takes 10 minutes to complete the entire process of verification, payment and vaccination. The staff are very cooperative and friendly. Sometimes, the people who come to get vaccinated create nuisance by opening their masks, taking selfies and talking loudly. I understand that it is not possible for the clinic staff to educate and control such public. However, currently the seating arrangement is such that people sit next to each other. The clinic management staff should advice people and see to it that a chair's gap is maintained between two people seating in the facility.

I am vaccinated by Sputinik, from Apollo Clinic, CC1. It was clean and on punctual. I got both my doses on time. Thankful to hospital and staffs.

Doctors insist to carry out all test from there only. Even doctors take fees to check the reports of different tests. So, if a person go there consecutively two days, he need to pay fees for both days. But staffs are having good behaviour.

My 18 years old daughter has taken covishield vaccine from Apollo clinic Saltlake, after 9 days of vaccination the heavy swelling and pain is there. Female staff who was assigned for the job was very much careless and continuously talking to her colleague at the time of the vaccination. This type of carelessness should be taken care by the owner of the Apollo franchisee at Saltlake.

unprofessional and pathetic behavior by staffs. you will b confused whether you are at a private sector or govt. sector. so mu irresponsibility and reluctant on giving service. after fixing appointment prior, when went there with family elder person for vaccination dose 2, they declared us that they will proceed only when there will be exact 10 person available for vaccine. We may wait indefinitely or may go. And also they are proudly declaring that this is the rule of the govt. which is completely wrong. After taking vaccine for 6 other family members of mine from the same place, i got this behavior from them.

Not good as before , cold food and skipped 1 time lunch , telling me they don't have bed and put me in emergency but others who came after me, they all got bed . Clothes are very dirty , bed sheets are disgusting, unprofessional way of talking most nurse and a female doctor don't know the name , this was 5th time I'm here but this time I got worst experience ever. I will never come here again , medical is far better now.
