Firstly, she does not have a time to check patient's medical history, prescribes speculative opinions irrespective of the condition.Issues pre-printed leaflet prepared for a general diagnosis that too ambiguous and misspelled and does not describe things clearly.She pretends her patients friendly with medical terminologies like her. In her nursing home, you will find everything is under utter mismanagement and nothing is clear and systematic.We had to wait for 3 hrs which gave us a consultancy of 2 min which was full of inconclusive advises. She expects all the medicines to be procured from her medicine store. When we called her to understand her ambiguous misspelled preprinted prescription for other alternatives as we choose to order online, she misbehaved, shouted over phone and didnot clear our doubts. Money is everything to her and she needs counseling over doctor-patient relationship.

I was highly disappointing by Staff's Behavior, Dr.Shiuli n Doctors are great but services are far below standard whats been charged. Receptionist behavior was very unprofessional.I thanks Dr.Shiuli for her service as a Doctor but not as a hospital director.

Well, what to say... Gone through the other reviews... All who gave good reviews are either relatives to the owner or have got some monetary (bribe) or some other kinds of benefits from the owner or their own selfish reason to please... Really funny... Well, what type of a organisation it can be where free copies of magazines are forcefully sold to the patients and money is earn from them just because it contains one paged article written by the owner... Free sample medicines which are gifted to doctors for free, are sold to comparatively less educated patients just to earn money... And about the rude behaviour of the staffs? Who all are pointing out to the staff, have you ever thought that why it is being continued, why actions are not being taken against them? If you say, humanity, it will again be wrong... It is because they can not scold them or punish them, because they do not pay them properly... Feedback from many staffs show that they are working extra hours with much below level salary... If anybody feels my words hard to believe they may cross check from their end... I personally think that raid must be conducted to this organisation to find the truth and all the illegal act happening there for so many days... What else... Shame on all the sold people, who gave positive reviews... Respect to all of them, who have guts to tell the truth... I wish we could expose the reality... Mukherjee fertility centre, murdabaad!

I must give this center and the Dr. ZERO star. Not recommended at all. Dr Mukherjee is one man army in the hospital. During diagnosis she was continuously doing her administrative jobs, never gave attention to her patient. More over 1500 for one visit, it is too mush for this kind of worthless doc.

The whole system is a mess and full of errors. The treatment procedure is Non-systematic. Dr. Mukherjee herself is a wise doctor, no doubt. But, poor management, non-systematic treatment protocol, unprofessional stuffs and minimal interaction with the patient are gradually damaging the image of the clinic.

Never seen such worst person in life till today...especially the short height lady in reception the entire centre is cheating people's...she doesn't bother of our feelings...our health minister should take immediate steps against this centre or else several people's will be cheated day by day.

Dr. Siuli Mukherjee is so rude by her behaviour, her institute is being run by only herself like one man army she is doing everything she can do, as a result she is totally puzzled and misbehaved, scarcity of professional and trained staff in her centre, more influence and interferances of her mother and family members in patients' treatment and her fertility centre. I did my laproscopy here,mam told me that both the tubes are blocked and I need to do IVF,even also said that I am not in the position of iui,I came back to home decided to do hsg to know about my tube through a reputed dygonostic center,and shockingly came to know that both the tubes are open,she was highly miss guided us,so I just want to say that this is the best place to make a childless couples into a beggar.stop frod people

We visited the MFC and started treatment. I faced a miscarriage after a lot of different modes of medications (Injection, oral and on skin). Effects and side effects are quite intense of the medication. After tolerating all these, I failed to carry. Yes, the procedures are quite expensive and sometimes we had to stretch ourselves beyond our financial capacity. May be the doctor is knowledgeable but her team is not well trained at all as I felt. And moreover most of them aren't medical professionals at all. Few staffs behave in polite manner and many behave so diplomatically and very rude, specially on telephone, very impatiently. They sell medicines on MRP and the seller shows a lot of attitude. We helplessly accept that too. Anyway, it's our fate of we succeed or failed in MFC. Because Neither any doctor not any staff would take responsibility for our losses.

Simply pathetic. My wife did ivf 3 times from this centre and each time it failed...most staffs are unprofessional and untrained... the doctor herself showed careless attitude towards her patients.

Untrained staff, poor management. Seems like the Doctor single handedly is managing everything. Doctor's chamber door is open all the time and other patients are lurking for their turn, no privacy for the consulting patient. Though Dr. Mukherjee is wise but this is not the way to run a clinic, management needs a huge improvement.

Wonderful experience. The Doctor herself & all her staffs are great. They are very professional with a human touch. I have going to the clinic for last six months regularly & never found a single reason to feel disappointed about.

Dr Mukherjee is an excellent Dr.. I hd a tumor which was very critical in condition.. it was just below to my uterus.. I went to many other famous ivf Dr .. bt all we're very much disappointe me and said this is a big tumor and very difficult to operate.. bt Dr suili Mukherjee assured me if the tumor is not touched with my overy then she will operat . After 1yr I m writing this .. Thank u Dr.. really I will be always thank full to u.. I m absolutely ok and now going to treatment for my baby .. by yes Dr ur some of staff really very bad manners.. specially ur receptionist .. plz try to appoint professional staff.. best of luck
